Hello everyone and welcome to another meditation together.
Let's find a comfortable position.
It's better if we sit down for this meditation,
Because we are supposed to move our hands and our arms.
So I let you sit down in a comfortable position with your spine straight,
Your shoulders relaxed.
Let your body go.
Let your mind go.
For now,
Position your hands over your lap,
If it's possible,
With the palm facing the ceiling,
Facing the sky.
Okay,
Let's breathe together for three times at your own pace.
Now imagine that you have some wings.
Your arms are your wings.
So you're going to raise your arms up.
They don't have to be too high,
Don't stress too much your shoulders.
You can even decide just to move your hands.
So your hands are your wings or your arms.
And start moving your hands like they were wings.
The wings of a beautiful butterfly.
The color that you like.
One single color,
Two colors,
Three colors,
Many,
Many,
Many colors.
A rainbow.
And keep moving your arms.
And let yourself go,
Let the thoughts go.
Let peace surround you,
Fill you with good energy,
Positivity.
And then whenever you feel tired,
You can pause for a second or two or three.
Take a big breath.
Then you start again.
Your wings are flying,
You're moving.
You're above a beautiful garden,
You see beautiful flowers.
And whenever you feel you can take a break.
Sit in one of the flowers.
Be kissed by the sun,
The gentle breeze.
And then you pause,
You rest,
You look around.
You feel peace,
Harmony,
Tranquility inside and around you.
You thank this beautiful flower that allowed you to sit on it,
Spend some time with it.
And you see another flower somewhere there.
And so you decide to fly and reach that flower.
And each flower can be like a goal.
It can be one of the things that you would like to do.
And these wings,
They give you the chance,
The possibility.
And they make you believe in yourself,
In the possibilities of the universe.
Because everything is reachable.
You can do it.
But you have to believe in yourself.
And you finally reach the other flower.
And here you decide to take a long break.
You almost want to take a nap.
And why not?
The flower is okay with it.
So take a few breaths.
Chill down here.
You can decide to stay here longer.
Or whenever you feel you can let the wings go.
Now it's your arms,
Your hands.
Wiggle your fingers.
Move a little the shoulders,
The neck in a gentle,
Gentle wave.
Almost like there's a wave,
A wind,
A gentle breeze caressing your neck.
And whenever you feel that you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
Get accustomed with your surroundings.
