I welcome a new day,

Whatever you are,

I welcome you with all the beautiful things you can bring me.

I have faith in you,

I know that you will give me enough energy to do whatever I want.

I count on my strength and the energy of the universe is already entering me and it is like electricity that ignites me from within and charges me.

You will be at my disposal for the whole day.

My eyes are still closed and my body is slowly awakening.

I breathe deeply and welcome again this new day that opens before me.

With each inhalation I breathe fresh air and with the exhalation I release what no longer belongs to me and that I no longer need.

I relax more and more.

I take three deep breaths and then release three big sighs from my mouth.

I feel the energy of the universe moving through my chakras in my body.

It is like a caress that touches my skin.

My heart beats slowly and gives strength and vigor to the rest of my body.

I place my hands on my heart and express gratitude for being here to enjoy another day,

New possibilities,

Love and hope.

I take five breaths through my nose and hold the air for a few seconds before releasing it slowly.

I feel at peace with myself.

I slowly move my fingers and toes,

Massage my wrists with my hands.

I give myself a strong hug and a deep breath.

I slowly move my fingers and toes,

Massage my wrists with my hands.

I give myself a strong hug that gives me security and strength for the day.

With one hand or both I touch my face,

Caress myself and give myself love.

I start the day loving myself and then love my neighbor.

I continue to breathe normally and express gratitude for all that I have in life,

For the walks I can take in the midst of nature,

For the moment spent on the waterfront to hear the waves crash.

I'm grateful for the food that nourishes my body,

For the water that purifies and heals my body.

I express gratitude for the comfort of my apartment,

For the long showers that wash away the impurities and clear my mind as I sing out loud.

I'm grateful for being alive and healthy and for being surrounded by love and affection.

My body is getting used to waking up in the morning more and more and I hear the birds singing outside my window.

Although my eyes are still closed,

I can see the light coming through the window and finding its way through the curtains in my bedroom.

I feel the scent of coffee that reaches my sense of smell.

I breathe three times before sitting on the edge of my bed and then resting my feet on the floor,

Slowly opening my eyes.

And getting up for this wonderful day that opens like the curtains of a stage for me.

I get up,

I walk to the kitchen,

I grab my coffee,

I sit,

Thanking again for this beautiful day while I still listen to the music.

Namaste
