Hello and welcome to day 15 of the mindful minute.
This is Laura and today I'd like to talk about gratitude.
Go ahead and find a comfortable seat and as you turn your gaze down or close your eyes,
Think of one thing that you are grateful for.
The first thing that pops in your head is the right thing for today.
Take a few deep breaths in through the nose,
Out through the nose and as you breathe,
Repeat that thing or person or concept that you are grateful for.
Feel the warmth of gratitude wash over you.
Feel fortunate and blessed.
Repeat that silently as you continue to breathe.
I am grateful for whatever that is.
Feel free to spend several minutes here and revisit this practice as much as you'd like.
