Becoming heavy with gravity.
Letting the earth take over and your muscles go.
Falling into stillness.
Deepening the quiet.
Checking in with your body.
How are you feeling?
What is relaxed?
What is stiff?
Even 10% could you deepen your inhale and lengthen your exhale.
As you get distracted,
Just come back.
Listen to my voice or attend to your body.
Small noises around you.
Your breathing.
The tick-tock of your heart.
Use those as cues to be present in this moment.
Again and again,
You get distracted and come back.
That's fine.
Feel the warmth and the light and the lightness of your spirit deep inside.
Cultivate it like an ember,
Like a sun rising.
Letting this little light of yours shine.
Extend and expand.
Longer,
Fuller,
Stronger,
Brighter,
More expansive as you breathe.
Cultivating that warmth and light and a lightness within.
Extending and expanding even as you are distracted.
Returning back to me,
To your breath,
To that brightness within.
Let it shine.
Letting it grow.
Letting it expand with your consciousness.
Extending brighter,
Longer,
Sharper,
Warmer,
All the way.
To the utmost of your spirit's brightness.
Reaching out.
Shining forth.
