What is your dearest desire? What message do you need right now? After a body scan, dig deep to hear your heart's wish - send it out to the world. Listen closely for the response and the gift. (Recorded live, and based loosely in Psalm 145:18)

I invite you to begin in silence,

Letting your eyes close if you're in a place to do so.

And letting yourself absorb the gift of the world's stillness.

Letting go of any place or emotional state from which you came.

Settling into this time and this moment.

And setting aside whatever comes next.

Letting things be things.

And letting you be you at this very moment.

Standing or sitting or lying down.

Let your body and your whole self settle in.

Finding balance and equanimity.

Stillness,

Quiet.

Remember that quiet isn't actually silence.

There's always a flutter of background noises,

Sometimes even loud noises.

And internally you can't be silent.

Your brain will chatter.

Your muscles flex.

Your pulse thrum.

But you can get quieter.

So settle into 10% quieter.

In that quiet,

You can probably hear your breath.

If you listen.

In and out.

In and out again.

What does it sound like?

Ragged or smooth?

Is it long or deep?

Brief and shallow?

Just notice it with your curiosity.

Don't evaluate it or judge it.

That's how I'm breathing right now.

Can you make it 10% deeper?

10% slower?

Going down,

Just a little deeper on the inhale.

Going a little slower as you exhale.

Where is the space in your body right now?

Where you hold desire?

In a spot safe and sound,

Where you keep your deepest wish for the moment.

In Som Brokaw,

Hello family.

And direct your attention to that place with a generous,

Awareness.

And try to hear what it is you desire most at this simple,

Single moment.

Maybe it doesn't have a word.

Maybe it does.

Maybe it arrives with an image,

A sensation or a feeling.

Just reflect on it in your mind's eye.

What are you seeking?

And let that desire,

Let that love begin to fill you up and radiate.

If you're distracted at any time,

Just notice that you're distracted and return to your breath and return to the origin of your desire,

Letting it flow outward,

Radiant.

Breathing.

Imagine a spot,

A place oh so distant.

That hears and listens to and cares about this desire that you shared.

And gently in your mind's eye,

Draw this distant place near.

And just as it listened to you,

Now you listen.

Something good is coming.

Something good is coming to you.

Perhaps you say to yourself,

Something good is coming to me.

Continuing to breathe gently and settle into your stillness and quiet.

Feeling your heart's desire radiating out of you.

And knowing there is a sweet presence,

Hearing and taking in your desire.

And sending you back a generous message.

Something good is coming.

Something good is coming.

And radiating out your deepest heart's wish.

Knowing it's taken in by a loving presence,

And returning to you as something good.

Breathing.

And continuing to feel that virtuous cycle until our closing bell.

And continuing to feel that virtuous cycle until our closing bell.
