As you breathe in,

Steady and soft,

You feel your whole body and your soft blankets,

It's so nice,

It's so nice to feel relaxation and restoration,

Your chest softens and releases all it does not need to carry,

Releasing all that they no longer need to hold,

Steady and soft your legs soften and release all that they no longer need to support,

You are so safe and warm,

It's ok to rest and release it is ok to rest and release and soften as sleep soothes and nurtures your body,
