Breathe slowly,
Breathe deeply.
Breathe slowly,
Breathe deeply.
And now let's just breathe normally.
Watching our breath come in,
Watching our breath go out.
Just breathing.
What we'll begin to notice around us as we breathe,
With our eyes closed,
Is a white mist.
A beautiful,
Glowing white mist.
And that white mist is filled with love,
Filled with kindness,
Filled with forgiveness.
With each breath in,
We're going to feel that love come into our lungs,
Go to our heart,
And permeate every part of our body.
Feeling it,
Absorbing it.
Because it is so powerful,
Any darkness,
Any unkindness,
Any self-hate has to leave.
So when we breathe out,
That darkness leaves with our out-breath.
And then we breathe in the light again,
And we breathe out the darkness.
And what we'll notice with time is the out-breath isn't as dark because it's leaving.
And the in-breath is bringing in so much love,
So much kindness,
So much gentleness towards ourselves and others.
That is transforming us into a person filled with love.
Love for self,
Love for others,
Love for past,
Love for future,
And especially love for now.
Because though we've been conditioned,
Sometimes with harsh things,
We now are going to go through the process of letting those pains go.
Healing,
And then letting every part of us be steeped in love,
Love for self,
Love for others,
Pure,
Blissful love.
Let's just spend some time breathing in this love,
Feeling this love,
And letting go of anything dark,
Of anything negative,
Of our hurts,
Of our pain.
And begin to let healing occur.
Healing occurs through forgiveness.
Living occurs through love.
When the negative thoughts arise,
What we can do is say one very simple wise phrase.
Nothing self-critical,
Just this simple phrase.
What can I learn from this?
Nothing critical,
Nothing cruel,
Just what can I learn from this?
As we begin to really learn this simple phrase,
No matter how many times we make a mistake,
No matter how much has been done to us,
We will heal.
Because these kind words create healing.
And we're here,
That beautiful lives.
Learning to love ourselves well,
Learning to love other people well.
As we begin to deeply understand,
Pain comes from ignorance.
Suffering comes from conditioning.
If we're able to change the conditioning,
Especially in ourselves,
Then we begin to heal.
And this healing can bring about love for ourselves and love for others.
We feel kindness towards ourselves.
We feel kindness towards others.
But when dark emotions come,
We just say,
What can I learn from this?
No matter how many times they keep coming,
We realize they're just part of our conditioning.
But during this meditation,
We're changing the conditioning.
With each breath in,
We're letting in kindness.
We're letting in love.
And with each breath out,
We're letting go of the negative conditioning,
The harmful,
Painful experiences of our past,
So that we're better.
And though we may remember these experiences,
They're much like a cut that's healed.
The scar may be there,
But the pain is gone.
And with each breath in,
We heal.
With each breath in,
We let light,
Love,
Kindness in.
And with time,
As we continue to listen to this guided meditation,
Over and over again,
We're noticing a change in us.
We're noticing a more childlike approach to living.
We're not stuck in the past.
We're not self-critical or worried about the future.
We're just living in the now,
Learning to accept what is,
Learning to love what is,
Accepting what is,
Loving what is.
It's not that we don't try to keep improving,
But we improve through acceptance and love.
Kindness is the way to create change.
Loving ourselves,
Even with the faults,
Is the best way to decondition these faults and learn to live well now.
We are having beautiful lives as we embrace this light and let it permeate every aspect of our life,
Every thought,
Every fear,
Every conditioning.
Learning to change the conditioning from fear,
Self-hate,
Into freedom and self-love.
This is our life.
This is what we want,
And this is who we are.
Living well,
Loving well,
Now.
We are conditioned beings.
So now what we're doing is just changing the conditioning.
Changing the conditioning from pain and suffering to freedom and peace.
All we need to do is just deep ourselves in this conditioning of love,
Of peace.
And we'll begin to see that new conditioning become who we are.
Someone who loves life,
Someone who loves others,
And someone who loves well.
