This is brilliant! So simple yet so enlightening and helpful when you have been through any painful experience!! The only disappointment was the abrupt ending....a little more music at the end with maybe a silence ending with a gong would make this meditation just perfect 👌 xxx

Very soothing voice. Good reminder to take time for self-care to help us heal from hurt & hopefully learn to choose not to be hurt by that situation/person again to save ourselves from internal suffering. But if we are hurt again, we can heal internally again by trusting in ourselves & in our daily self-care. Thank you. 💞🙏🌸
