This is Dr.
Ramit Singh,
Divine Feminine Life Coach.
The meditation you are about to hear is for remarkable heart healing and self-love.
If you have been going through sad emotions,
A heavy heart,
We begin this meditation by a deep relaxation of the body,
Surrendering and opening to the present moment.
As your mind and body go into a deep state of relaxation,
That is when you're most open and receptive to receive the healing energies of love.
Begin by getting into a relaxed position,
Maybe sitting cross-legged,
With a back support,
Or laying down.
Once you are in your comfortable position,
Begin to relax the face,
Softening your cheeks,
Softening your forehead,
Jaws,
Your lips.
Take a deep breath in.
As you exhale,
Allow the entire face to become more relaxed,
Allowing the eyes to feel heavier and heavier until your eyes are closed.
Bring your awareness to the back of the head and back of the neck,
Breathing in softly.
As you exhale,
Let any tension in the back of the head or neck melt away.
Doing that one more time.
As you exhale,
You begin to feel the muscles in the back of your neck relaxing.
As you breathe in,
Feel the breath falling into the base of your belly.
As you exhale,
Feel your shoulders dropping down,
Relaxing your arms,
Your wrists,
Down to your fingertips.
Feel and experience,
From the top of your shoulders,
Down to your fingertips,
Complete relaxation.
Bring your awareness over the center of your chest,
Observe as the chest rises up on your inhale.
Exhale,
Release any tension in the chest.
Breathing in deeply,
Take the breath deep into your heart center.
As you exhale,
Allowing any stuck energy in the lungs to be released out your breath.
Bring your awareness down to your solar plexus and belly.
As you breathe in,
Feel the belly and solar plexus expanding forward with breath.
Hold for two seconds.
As you exhale,
Feel the belly softening,
Releasing any tension out your solar plexus.
Breathing in,
Fill the belly and solar plexus with breath all the way in.
Hold for two seconds.
On your exhale,
Exhale out your mouth,
Letting go any stress and tension in your belly.
Back to regular breathing.
Feel your hips sinking deeper and deeper into your seat.
Feel your thighs becoming heavier and heavier.
Let your awareness wash over the front of your thighs,
Down to your knees.
Breathing in deeply,
As you exhale,
Imagine the breath is washing down your hips,
Front of the thighs,
Down to your knees,
Washing away any stress and pressure.
Just as a wave washes over the shores.
Breathing in,
As you exhale,
Imagine this wave of breath washing down your knees,
Down the front of your legs,
Down your ankles.
Allow this breath of relaxation now to relax your knees down to your ankles.
Breathing in deeply,
As you exhale,
Feel the top of your feet and the toes and the back of your feet softening and relaxing.
Breathing in,
As you exhale,
Feel the wave of breath washing down the back of your legs,
Down your thighs,
Back of your knees.
Exhale down your legs,
Down your toes.
Now I want you to begin to feel your lower back sinking into your seat.
You're surrendering all your weight,
Lower back,
Middle back,
And upper back.
You're surrendering your weight into the earth.
Imagine as if Mother Earth is holding your body in the palms of her hand,
Whispering to you,
Rest my child,
Rest your body into my hands.
Feel now that the earth is here supporting you.
Let your body now feel that there's no work or effort that your body needs to exert.
The more you surrender and relax and open,
The more you can receive the guidance and healing from the earth.
Scan your body from your toes,
Slowly working up your legs.
As you are now scanning your body,
Begin to let every muscle,
Every organ,
Every bone in your body relax,
Releasing tension and letting go.
Listening to this affirmation,
Feeling it through your entire body.
I command you to relax,
To release any subtle energetic tension and stress you are holding.
Body,
It is safe for you to let go.
Body,
You are being loved,
Cared for,
And guided by your light,
Your higher self,
Source,
And the universe.
Body,
Open now,
Still the mind,
And simply receive this moment,
The beauty,
The perfection of now.
Breathe in deeply,
Exhale out completely,
Relax,
Release and let go from head to toe.
Bring your awareness around the heart center.
Feel the breath filling the space around your heart.
With your intention,
Bring your breath into the space around your heart and chest.
Exhaling now,
Out your mouth,
Any heaviness,
Tension,
Stress,
Or emotions that you are holding subtly in your heart.
You are breathing in light,
As you breathe in imagine that a pure white light is beginning to enter your breath through your nose.
With every breath in,
This light is being breathed into your heart center.
As you exhale,
You let this light of love and healing soften and bring love,
Kindness into your heart.
I breathe in light,
Exhale I feel the light and I see the light in my heart.
Breathing in,
I breathe in light,
Exhale I feel and receive the light in my heart.
Breathing in,
I breathe in pure light,
Exhale I allow this light to release any pain,
Tension or heavy emotions.
You are safe now to bring your awareness and attention deeper into your heart center.
Draw your mind and attention now into the depths of your heart.
Hear and feel the breath in your heart center.
Your mind is relaxed now,
Resting in your heart center.
Nothing to do,
Nowhere to go,
Just be with your heart,
Resting in the light and compassion of your heart.
You are receiving the light,
Love and compassion of your heart.
Simply receive now.
You are so loved.
Let go of the effort of having to be anything but yourself.
Exhale out your pain and any emotion you are carrying in your heart.
The light of love begins to fill your heart.
Your heart is being illuminated by the soft white and pink light deep from within,
Radiating forward,
All around you,
In front of the chest.
Please bring one hand over your heart.
Feel the palms of your hands softly touching your chest.
As your hands are gently placed over your heart,
Bring self-love into yourself.
It is okay for you to love yourself.
It is okay for you to bring love towards yourself.
Feel this intention that you are now holding,
To remember self-love.
In this moment now,
Please take a few minutes to speak to yourself in your mind,
A word of love and compassion that you can give to all of your being,
All of yourself now.
It can be a simple message that brings you the energy of self-worth and love.
Breathing in deeply the loving words and message that you pour into yourself Hearing my affirmation and letting it fill your heart now.
I am loved by life.
I am loved by the Creator.
I am enough.
Now please repeat after me this affirmation,
Either out loud or in your mind.
Feel your whole body and being receiving this affirmation now.
I am loved by life.
I am loved by the Creator.
I am enough.
You may relax your hand.
You may relax your mind and your being.
Take your time to breathe in deeply.
Sense the space in the room around you.
Feeling anchored back into your roots,
Feeling connected to the earth.
Feeling that you're back in this time and space.
We close any open energy circuits that do not need to be open.
And we give gratitude and thanks for all parts of you for coming into this space today.
All beautiful divine parts of you for assisting you in the opening.
And starting to just maybe find some movement in your finger and toes.
And starting to breathe deeply.
And then starting to fully come back.
Gently opening your eyes.
Take the time you need to rest.
And continue to let these energies integrate throughout the week.
