Release Guilt, Fear & Shame - This meditation will help you release all the built-up fear, guilt, and shame that sit with you daily. Use this meditation to relax, breathe, surrender, and let go of all those fears. You deserve it.

In this meditation,

We will be focusing on releasing the energetic hold of fear,

Guilt,

And shame,

And the devastating effects that can have on our mind,

Body,

And spirit.

To begin this meditation,

Please find a comfortable place to sit or lay.

If you choose to sit,

Please keep your spine erect with proper posture to allow the most oxygen and vital life force energy to enter in and nourish the cells of your body and the pivotal energetic points of your being known as chakras.

As you adjust yourself into this position,

I want you to bring your awareness and your observation to your breath.

Observe if your breath is hurried,

Frantic,

Shallow,

Or anxious.

If you find that you are holding tightness or restriction,

Witness that and then focus on the word and the energy of depth and relaxation.

Imagine every breath inhaling,

Drawing down to the bottom of your feet and then circling back up,

Spiraling through your body,

Cleaning out all of your cells,

All of the negative emotion,

All of the tension,

Anxiety,

Frustration of the day.

As you exhale it back out into the universe where it will be released and transformed.

Focus on taking four deep inhalations down,

Drawing your breath all the way down into your belly,

The soles of your feet,

Holding and then releasing slowly,

Imagining this breath like a strong wind,

Vacating and cleaning every cell of your body as it passes by from your feet all the way up through your torso where it leaves your mouth on the exhale.

Notice any tension that you may be carrying in your neck,

In your jaw,

In your shoulders,

Your back,

Or your hips,

Your knees,

Or in any part of your legs.

You do not need to investigate why the tension is there.

Simply become aware of it,

Witness it,

And then set it aside for it to be released.

As you continue taking deep inhalations in and then out,

Imagine if you can any word,

Any emotion,

Any circumstance now or in the past that has caused you to feel smaller,

To feel shame,

To feel guilt.

See if you can identify the areas of your body where that may be present.

Can you feel the different points that may light up for you in response to these emotions?

Again,

Do not sink into those emotions or the power that they may have held.

They are just words that identify an emotional and energetic event.

Their power and their hold on you can be released once you have forgiven the reaction that it created within yourself.

At this time,

I want you to identify those areas.

Visit each of them.

I want you to give them thanks for the information that that hurt,

That pain,

And that shame taught you about yourself.

They were valuable lessons in understanding the greater picture of your worth,

And their lesson has been learned.

Imagine each of these words leaving that area of your body.

With every exhalation,

You can release each one as you identify them,

Visit them,

Thank them for the information that they gave you,

And then release them.

Imagine new skin,

New healing,

New growth occurring over the areas where those scars once were.

It may feel different,

Vacant,

Even a little scary to no longer hold on.

To these emotions and to these words,

But your body and your soul are ready to release them now.

You do not have to spend one more day,

One more minute with the hold they have had upon you.

You are worthy of the release.

You are worthy of the healing that awaits you.

Take a moment identifying these words,

These areas,

Thank them,

Release them,

And send them on their way.

They have done their job and it is time for them to be released from your body,

Your mind,

And your spirit.

Your soul has outgrown them.

You are worthy of the healing that awaits you.

When you have visited these areas and released the trigger points,

Knowing that there is still healing that will need to be done,

But that the power and the hold no longer has an effect,

I want you to return your awareness to your breathing.

And like a great vacuum,

Imagine and visualize every exhale releasing trauma,

Pain,

Guilt,

And fear out of your body.

This being forced back through your legs,

Into your stomach,

Through your chest,

And out through your mouth.

I want you to take four forceful,

Deep exhalations.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Find the pace in your breathing again.

Know that this has been a step towards your healing journey.

We have identified,

Removed,

And released the physical hold these traumas have.

Imagine the golden circulating light breathing in through your nose,

Circulating through your body,

Back up around,

Back up through your legs,

And your chest,

And your mouth.

Bring your awareness back to your legs,

Your belly,

Your face,

And your eyes.

And when you feel ready,

Return to the room.

Find any emotions,

Visuals,

Experiences that you may have had or noticed during this meditation.

This will be included on your healing path,

And we will use it as a reference to understand how we can accelerate your healing.
