An energy practice with the Air Elementals which support expansion and perception of the greater reality. When connected with the air, we are uplifted to see the bigger picture and from there can much more easily envisage our best solutions. The breath is the cornerstone of the gateway to connecting with our heart and we can work through this portal to bring about balance to this energy centre in the middle of our energetic being.

So today we're going to be working with the heart chakra,

Area of the anahata.

If you are nice and comfortable,

Just closing down your eyes.

Having to bring that awareness into the moment.

Connecting in with your breath.

And feeling into that movement of the torso as you breathe.

Feeling that expansion as you're breathing in.

And then that release and letting go.

Breathing out.

And also visualising that you're breathing in and out through that space in the centre of your chest.

Breathing that breath through that space as the torso rises and falls.

You might breathe in through the front and out through the back.

And then back in through the back and out through the front.

Just continuing to move that energy through that space and out through the front.

Quite often in this space there's the pattern of the energy moving out from the front and giving to others.

The energy receiving through the back is sometimes restricted.

But you're really focusing on the energy that's coming through the back.

And then you're feeling that energy as you breathe in through the front.

And then you're feeling that energy as you breathe in through the back.

So you're really focused on moving that energy all the way through,

Out the back and then back in through the back.

So we're getting that full movement of that energy.

You might also visualise a spinning vortex.

Having that energy spin in either direction is helping to move any tightness,

Any stuckness,

Any constriction.

Breathing nice and gently and slowly,

But deeply if you can.

Allowing that more space to be created.

More space in the torso.

Also more space in the mind.

As we move it out of that thinking analytical part of the mind and into that space,

Into that receptive care.

Into that receptive container,

The receptivity.

You might visualise the colour green.

The colour green is that same wavelength,

That same vibration,

As that hard space energy.

So we can use the colour green as a way to help bring balance back.

If there is any disharmony.

Seeing that green start to move and spread.

Through that hard space,

That centre of the chest,

Growing brighter and more vibrant.

This is the breath of life that moves through.

Expanding that beautiful vibrant green.

It starts to fill through your lungs.

All the way out.

Down your arms as well.

Feeling that beautiful green in our arms and our hands.

Extensions of that heart chakra.

We have many heart chakras in our hands,

Which is why they can be so potent for energy flow.

Visualising that colour green.

Moving through that whole space now.

Bright and vibrant,

Shining.

And right in the very centre of that heart space,

Is a luminous pink.

Moving into that light.

Moving into that luminous pink space in the centre of your heart space.

Just noticing how that's feeling for you at this moment.

And now we're going to bring in some feelings that also vibrate at that same frequency as the heart space,

Which helps to activate the energy in this space.

So bringing to mind anything at all that you feel gratitude for.

It could be anything from a walk in the park,

A beautiful sunset,

A smile of a friend,

Whatever it is that helps you to feel gratitude.

The feeling is what cultivates the energy.

And just bringing that feeling now into that heart space.

Allowing yourself to move that gratitude through that heart space now,

Allowing it to further open and activate.

Moving any stuckness.

Just giving yourself permission to feel that feeling as strongly as you can.

Feeling that gratitude.

Feeling that joy.

And that appreciation.

That all resonate on that bandwidth.

And that frequency.

The heart space energy is a master healer.

And transform discordant patterns anywhere in the energetic system.

It is our very centre.

All of that energy layers.

Earthly.

And the spirit layers.

So as we work with this balance,

Nourish and tonify the balance right in the very middle.

All of the rest also comes back into balance.

Really radiating that heart energy now.

Starts to move through that whole torso.

Feeling how that feels.

Continue to hold that energy.

You may feel it moving out through all of your energy layers and start to radiate out around you.

When we work with this energy,

We not only bring our own energies back into alignment,

We're also commuting and sharing that energy with our environment as well.

And the environment around us also benefits and starts to change.

Continue to sit with this heart space energy for another minute.

Feeling that gratitude.

Being with that joy.

And appreciation.

Something else.

As we continue to breathe the life force,

That wonderful air into that heart,

Space it also becomes activated as the element air is the element that governs this heart space.

So as we breathe and expand,

Directly creating that expansion as well in our heart energy.

Going to go on a little journey now.

Just like you to see a pathway in front of you.

We start to walk along the path.

Path leads through beautiful field of green grass with wildflowers.

You might notice different flowers that are out.

Maybe they're ones that you know.

Maybe they're not.

Maybe they're ones that you will meet soon.

As you continue to walk along the path,

You notice the path starts to wind and becomes quite steep.

As you start to walk up and up this quite large hill.

The road is very steady though.

You take one step at a time.

Notice the beautiful day,

Fresh clean air.

Notice some more plants around.

Continue to make your way up this hill.

As you start to notice you can see further into the distance.

You notice other large hills,

Mountains.

You continue to walk up.

You notice the air feels much more expansive.

As you reach the top,

You notice a nice flat rock.

You move yourself to the side,

The perfect seat.

As you take a seat,

You gaze out over the vast expanse.

You begin to realize how each moment is just that.

There is so much more out there.

Continue to breathe that beautiful fresh air,

Nourishing that heart space.

Reflecting for a moment while in that heart space.

Is there anywhere where you may be feeling unforgiveness at this time?

Anything that may be not aligning with you,

Maybe having difficulty accepting something,

Maybe someone the way they behave.

Something you are finding annoying,

Where your tolerance level is being pushed.

Holding that for a moment in your heart space.

Then you notice a flock of birds,

Beautiful little birds flying in their formation.

They come close and then start to land down beside you.

And then as you set your gaze on them,

They take flight once more as you do.

You take flight with the birds.

Flying over the hills,

The mountains,

The treetops.

Seeing the world from that broader picture,

That bird's eye view.

You notice the unison that is with the birds in formation.

As they move and flow with the wind currents,

With the will of their collective consciousness.

They fly as one.

As you continue to witness that beautiful scenery from that higher perspective.

You invite some insight about that past current unforgiveness or intolerance.

Something that is out of alignment.

Asked to be shown what else there is around that bigger picture.

Just allowing yourself to receive that insight,

That information,

Knowing,

Feeling.

Maybe some wise words.

Or you might see something you weren't aware of before.

Maybe something that they're reflecting within their own environment.

Or maybe they are reflecting something for your learning.

Thank you,

Beautiful birds,

The air elementals,

The sylphs.

As you land back atop the mountain,

You take your seat again on the rock.

Feeling that gratitude once more.

Being with that gratitude.

Maybe you can feel into forgiveness.

Tolerance.

And acceptance.

These are also all energies of that heart space.

And the lessons that are there for us.

We continue to feel that gratitude.

Feel that joy.

Feel that appreciation.

Radiating it out to all those around.

Radiating it out to the collective through our unified field.

Sharing this beautiful energy with those who may not be able to find it at this time.

Sending it out to those in need and to everyone.

No exceptions.
