During this guided meditation I'll lead you through a breathwork exercise called 4-7-8 breathing. We will complete 5 rounds of the technique where we will inhale for a count of 4, hold the breath for a count of 7, and exhale for a count of 8. I'll then guide you through a brief recovery breathing period.
