I created this track after experiencing a near-death experience in the summer of 2023 when a 400 lb semi-wheel unexpectedly catapulted into my Subaru's hood. The purpose of the track is to remind us all of the delicate relationship between self-improvement and patience.

Today's challenge is to practice getting out of your comfort zone and be playful.

For example,

Write your name with your non-dominant hand.

Hit the accelerator,

Recruit a practice buddy,

And share your practice results.
