I created this track after experiencing a near-death experience in the summer of 2023 when a 400 lb semi-wheel unexpectedly catapulted into my Subaru's hood. Listen if you would like to improve your ability to improve your ability to single-mindedly concentrate on your daily tasks and seamlessly move from top priority to lower priority activities. The purpose of the track is twofold: 1) can we identify daily activities that align with our core purpose, and 2) act accordingly to merge our daily lifestyle habits with our core values.
