Hello,
And welcome to meditation.
My name is Dr.
Divi,
And thank you so much for joining us.
Today's meditation is all about gearing yourself up.
To set your day up for success.
And before I take you to the meditation,
I want to introduce you to a few words as a teaching point,
Then we'll go to the meditation.
The first word that we all know and love is spirit.
Spirit is the energy of love that is with us 24-7.
You can take the word spirit,
The creator,
The divine.
God,
All to be the same word.
And then we have another voice inside of us that we've all heard of called the ego.
The ego is not the bad part of you.
Is simply the fear-based part that has forgotten that you're alive.
And then the third word I want to introduce is called the inner teacher,
Also called the Holy Spirit,
Depending on what teachings you're studying.
The inner teacher is the voice that sits in your heart.
That can take thoughts of the ego.
And shift them into thoughts of love.
And that through the process of forgiveness.
And the last term before I drop it to meditation.
Is the energy of the Divine Mother.
And she is the energy of unconditional love with so many faces.
From Mother Mary to Goddess Kali to Green Tara and more.
But again,
This meditation is about waking up in the morning and setting your entire day up for success.
Let's go ahead and close our eyes.
And once the windows of the eyes close,
Take a long breath in.
And take a slow breath out.
Take a deep breath in.
And take a quiet breath.
Take a slow breath in.
Take a soft breath out.
Inhaling slowly.
Exhaling.
Deeply.
Inhale for 1,
2,
3,
4.
Or hold the breath.
Exhale for one.
Inhale,
One,
Two,
Three.
Or hold the breath.
Exhale,
One.
Inhale,
1,
2,
3,
4.
Or hold the breath.
Exhale,
1,
2,
3,
4.
Keep your rhythm of breath going.
That is slow.
That is quiet.
That is rhythmic.
Deep,
Slow belly breaths.
Inhaling.
Failing.
To set up our day with success actually starts the night before.
So imagine,
Sense,
See,
Or feel.
Yourself slumbering into your bed.
And before you close your eyes,
Maybe do a 30 second or 20 minute meditation.
Or you just get quiet.
And still.
As you breathe in.
Read them.
As you visualize yourself settling into that.
Start to determine what thoughts you want to think first thing in the morning.
The first few thoughts.
Set your momentum up.
As you breathe.
Maybe the thoughts will take you to gratitude.
Or take you to joy.
Take you to ease.
Let's set those thoughts up.
Breathe in.
And now in this visual,
See yourself sleeping through the night.
And then having this moment of awareness.
That is morning time.
There is the gap in the moment.
When you know you're awake.
And often before you've opened your eyes,
Where awareness has settled back in.
Simply breathe,
Slow breath in.
Quiet breath out.
Deep breath in.
Soft breath.
As you start to have the awareness that it is now morning.
Start to grab that first thought.
On purpose.
That thought of gratitude.
Thought of freedom.
Of that old joy.
And allow yourself to sit with that thought.
You haven't opened your eyes yet.
Your feet have not hit the ground yet.
You're still slumbering.
Into the morning.
Now sit with that gratitude thought in your heart.
Maybe as I'm grateful to have air in my lungs.
I'm grateful for another day.
I am grateful to be here.
As you sit with this thought.
Get quiet with your breath.
And watch as another thought joins it.
Maybe the next thought that joins it is.
I'm grateful to have this warm bed.
I am grateful to have this warm blanket.
I am grateful to be alive.
As you do this consciously and slowly.
And do this on your own for another few moments.
The feet have not hit the floor.
You may not have opened your eyes yet.
But you're setting your vibration up.
In your body.
And your mind.
For gratitude.
For ease,
For peace,
For love.
And just keep breathing.
Now maybe you've set that gratitude and ease up for about five or six minutes.
And you've rolled out of bed and done those first few things you always do.
Maybe you'd make a stop in the bathroom.
Stop at the coffee maker.
And consciously or purposefully bring in that feeling of gratitude.
And letting spirit give you the next thought of gratitude.
And the spirit gives you the next thought of gratitude.
And spirit gives you the next set of gratitude and just keep breathing.
Inhale.
The next few.
Valley rises,
Valley falls.
Now maybe you've been awake 10 minutes,
Half an hour,
An hour.
And before you know it,
The ego kicks in.
That makes you think of all the things you have to do today.
And a flurry of fear or overwhelmment comes into your body.
The moment you notice that.
You get quiet,
You get still,
You close your eyes.
And you take that thought to your heart where your inner teacher lies.
You sit with the inner teacher and you say,
I want to see this differently.
And you get quiet.
And you get still.
As you breathe.
And maybe that thought from the flurry of thoughts that are coming out for the day.
Become something like.
You are blessed,
My child.
To have these things through the day.
You are blessed to do this.
You take that into your heart.
And you're back into gratitude.
And you proceed through the day.
The more often you do this,
The more you start to feel the Divine Mother.
And our energy of love as if it's coding you from the behind.
Like you're wearing a beautiful shawl.
Of pure love.
Just keep breathing.
Inhale and exhale.
Visualize yourself moving through the day.
And catching those thoughts of the ego.
Taking you forward and taking you back.
You simply stopped yourself in your tracks.
And you get quiet.
You take them to the inner teacher.
You take them to the Divine Mother.
Say,
Please help me to forgive myself for this thought.
I want to see this differently.
And then you get quiet.
And you listen for the new thoughts.
And you get still.
And you breathe.
As you bring back in the Divine Mother.
And get still once again.
As my voice gets quiet for the next few moments,
I invite you to visualize yourself doing this all day every day.
Every thought that is not of love.
You simply pause.
Take it to the inner tincture.
Shift to gratitude.
And repeat.
Repeat,
Repeat.
Take a few breaths here.
And now you're getting ready for your slumber at night.
As you tuck yourself into bed.
Remember what thought do I want tomorrow to start my day off with.
And you slumber yourself to sleep.
Excited for the next day to practice these tools.
Stay here with a deep,
Slow breath.
Feeling the energy of the Divine Mother as if she's cradling you.
With love.
And with blessings.
Deep,
Slow breath in.
Long slow breath.
Inhaling,
And exhale.
Absolutely beautiful.
After a few more breaths when you're ready.
Go ahead and open your eyes.
What a phenomenal way to start the day,
Right?
Start the day in the day you feel the wobble.
Go to Holy Spirit,
Go to the inner teacher,
Please forgive this.
Let the Divine Mother in.
Repeat,
Repeat.
Please let me know how this worked.
I'd love to hear from you.
Send me an email,
DM me.
Let me know,
Did this help at all?
Even just a little bit as a process.
I'm sending you so much love and I hope you have the most beautiful,
Magnificent day ever.
Full of gratitude.
Lots of love.
