And thank you for being here.
So today's meditation is something that I was teaching in the Body,
Mind,
Soul office hours just a few hours ago,
And teaching from the concept of working on our first,
Second,
And third chakras.
So there's a thinking that those lower chakras are the chakras that are associated with this earthly plane we live on.
And the upper chakras,
The 4th,
5th,
6th and 7th are a lot easier to open because they're very much connected to the spiritual realm.
But if they,
Let's just say you opened your third eye,
But then it closed right away,
Then you have to look at where in the first,
Second,
Third eye am I blocked?
So if you haven't seen a picture of chakras,
Just Google chakra systems and you'll see them.
I'll describe in this meditations and I'm going to just jump right in.
So go to close your eyes.
And again,
If you're not in the Body,
Mind,
Soul class,
I'll do my best to explain this,
But it's something we've been working on for a few weeks.
So with your eyes closed,
Just take slow,
Deep breaths in.
I'm out.
Belly rises and belly falls.
With your eyes closed and the breath moving freely and slowly.
Allow your body to sink into your support.
This is the greatest sense of realization.
A greater sense of calm.
And a greater sense of connection.
The chakras system are not the only energy system.
Seven that they talk about running parallel to the spine.
There's other ones,
There's ear chakras,
There's eye chakras.
These seven are the main ones that are focused on.
And the most important was to balance her first three.
And once the first three are balanced,
You're going to find the upper ones are a lot easier to balance.
In today's meditation,
We're going to look at balancing the first Second and third.
So follow your breath in.
And out.
Bring the awareness to the area in the perineum muscles which is,
We've heard of Kegel exercises which when you're peeing and you start to stop.
It's the muscles that engage that stop and start.
Go there.
In that area,
Visualize a red sphere.
That is spinning.
Clockwise or counterclockwise.
It does not matter.
You But I want you to imagine this energy center spinning.
As you breathe.
They talk about energy centers being clogged or blocked.
I'm not going to use those words.
But I am going to say that maybe there's some debris and energy that wants to be cleared out of that area.
So as we go into each chakra,
We're going to go to each chakra and we're going to forgive anything that might be clogging it or causing a bit of a bit of debris.
Keeping all the focus in that lower area of your body.
See the color red,
Embrace it.
And we're going to bring in a bit of Chris back.
I forgive myself for ever not feeling safe and grounded.
I forgive myself for ever not feeling safe and grounded.
I release the fear.
Of not feeling safe and grounded,
And to forget that.
And breathe.
Stay here at the root chakra.
I'm going to trust Mars.
I'm going to live more fearlessly.
And breathe into that.
Forgiving any lack of trust.
Forgiving life being afraid.
I'm going to start to trust the universe.
So any fear of not trusting the universe,
I'm going to forgive them.
You know,
Forgive any fear of not feeling supported and safe.
And breathe.
Forgiving fear of not feeling safe and secure.
And breathe.
As you imagine forgiving.
Yourself for not feeling grounded.
Or not feeling safe.
Or not feeling supported.
Imagine that chakra spinning.
More and more and you might actually feel it in that lowest part of your body.
And brain.
From this area.
Bring your awareness up to around the belly button area,
Maybe a little bit below that.
The belly button area,
Let's just say that.
Now think of the color orange.
This is the sacral chakra.
Sometimes called your sexual chakra.
It's also about trusting ourselves.
So I forgive any thoughts of me not trusting myself.
This is also where we judge ourselves and judge our bodies.
I forgive myself for any judgments I put on this three-dimensional body of God.
I forgive myself for anything that I think is weird in the sexual realm that I enjoy.
I allow myself to receive pleasure.
I allow myself to trust my body.
And allow myself to feel peace in my life.
And just breathe here.
Wow.
As you breathe and I get quiet,
Imagine that our chakra behind your belly button,
Just spinning.
Releasing any unforgiveness about sexuality.
Trust in yourself.
Inner peace.
Physical body.
Breathe into that.
I trust my body.
Beautiful.
Now you're bringing your awareness up to where the ribcage meets,
Often called your solar plexus.
This is often called a solar plexus and amounts to yellow color.
This is your empowerment center.
Your bravery center.
For motivation.
You accept yourself.
Let us spend a few minutes forgiving yourself for any thoughts of disempowerment.
Forgiving yourself for any need of a proof from the outside.
Forgiving yourself for ever not accepting or believing yourself.
As you do this,
I want you to see that yellow chakra spinning.
You may actually start to feel it too.
Even though I said I would just focus on these lower two checkers,
I'm going to go up a little bit further.
Fourth chakra,
The heart.
This is the green ray.
Forgive myself for not allowing myself to feel love for myself or others.
Releasing any doubt of my ability to love.
And breathe.
See that green chakra right at your heart just spinning.
And be open as you breathe.
Now moving up from the heart chakra,
Moving up to your throat.
I think this is the color blue.
Any fears of not expressing herself.
Speaking your truth.
You Feel that opening as it releases.
Forgiving yourself for not speaking.
Your inner truth.
The words of wisdom that you have and breathe.
See that chakra spinning?
As you move up,
We've talked about the third eye in these meditations,
So space between your eyebrows and just up a bit.
Third eye.
To color and to go.
Forgive yourself for any thinking that you could trust your intuition.
Your inner wisdom,
Your ability to see.
And breathe.
Allow yourself to be here with this intuition and this knowing.
Free.
Now as we move to the very top of your head,
This crown chakra,
Right at the crown.
This is the crown chakra that connects you to all the infinite wisdom.
I often see it like a light,
Beautiful light entering the scalp.
Just breathe in.
As it stems and turns.
Now,
As we start to wind down this meditation,
There may be a check where you'll call to return to.
These last few minutes and 1st,
2nd,
3rd,
I'll do it to the 7th.
And explore.
It's your one chakra that wants more love,
More forgiveness.
And just go there and spend some time as you breathe.
Then 10,
20,
50,
100 breaths here.
It's a beautiful,
Short,
Quick meditation for you to do in the morning or at night.
Scan the chakras,
Spin the chakras,
Give anything that might be having some debris or blockages.
You want to open.
You want to release the energy.
And they want it healed.
