Hello and welcome.
My name is Dr.
Divi and I thank you so much for being here.
Today we're going to be working on a meditation to help us heal the saboteur inside of us.
Let's take a minute to just close our eyes.
And settle into a few breaths in and out.
Together,
Let's exhale.
And inhale for 1,
2,
3,
4.
Hold the breath.
Exhale,
One,
Two.
Inhale,
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Hold the breath.
Exhale,
One.
Inhale,
1,
2,
3,
4.
Hold the breath.
Exhale,
1,
2,
3,
4.
Keep a slow breath going.
It's rhythmic.
Quiet.
In the background.
Inhale slowly.
Exhale completely.
As you continue to cycle.
With the low,
Slow flows of breath.
Invite yourself.
Into a beautiful,
Beautiful meditation.
Let's begin.
By imagining ourselves.
In the safest place we can imagine.
This may be in your own home.
It might be in nature.
It might be a place you go to in your dreamscape.
Take a deep,
Slow breath.
As you find that place.
Of safety.
Allow your body.
To find stillness.
Inhaling and exhaling.
What do you see in this place?
What type of colors are there?
What are the smells?
What are the sounds?
What do you hear?
What do you smell?
And just for.
As you find yourself in this place in nature.
See yourself comfortably sitting there.
Feeling this safe place,
Maybe in your home,
That has so much love.
So much connection,
So much vibration.
As you breathe.
As we go into this mental or emotional journey,
Let us welcome in a thought.
That our inner voice called the saboteur says to us.
You don't necessarily need to even think about it.
Often will be the first thought that comes in.
And just breathe.
The voice of the saboteur often says things like,
You can't do that.
For you to do that.
It's not safe.
That's not going to work.
And just continue to breathe in and out.
And out.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Belly rises and belly falls.
As that voice percolates to your mind.
Begin to think about it for a second.
And notice where in your body do you feel that sensation?
Maybe it's your stomach.
Maybe it's the chest wall.
Perhaps it's your breathing.
Where do you notice it?
As you inhale and exhale.
Valley Rises,
Valley Bows.
Simply breathe into that body part.
We're not trying to change it.
We're not trying to get rid of it.
We're just breathing a sense of compassion.
A sense of awareness to this pain.
As you breathe into that body part.
You know,
On some level.
That no matter what you do.
I'm at a level of success.
No matter how many people you let into your life,
That voice will always be there.
Just let that breath enter and exit.
And continue to let compassion enter that body part.
As you breathe.
As you zoom out and see yourself in this beautiful safe place.
Begin to see yourself as a surrounded by all these energies of love.
For some of you.
You might see it as guides or angels,
The Divine Mother.
Others of you might seem like pink pillows.
Of love that are surrounding you.
And still others of you.
May feel like you're floating.
In a calm,
Beautiful place.
As you breathe.
As you continue to breathe in and out slowly.
A knowing enters your space.
And that deep inner knowing says.
This thought that I could get it wrong.
This thought of my saboteur.
It is not who I am in truth.
Let's breathe into that together.
This is not who I am in truth.
Just keep breathing.
Inhale and exhale.
I know who I am in truth is love.
I know who I am and truth is essence.
I know who I am in truth.
Is the divine nature.
I know who I am in truth.
Is the pure creation of the Creator.
And breathe into that.
Slowly and deeply.
Calmly and easily.
If you wish,
Invite one of your hands to go onto your heart.
And the other hand to go on top.
Let's repeat a few of these statements.
I know that feeling in the pit of my stomach.
That voice that says.
You can't let that person in.
It's not safe to leave.
With your hand on your heart,
Let's remind ourselves.
I know that is not who I am in truth.
Just keep breathing.
Are there hands in your heart?
I know who I am is love.
Keep breathing.
I know who I am as a child of the infinite creator.
Just keep breathing.
I know who I am is a miracle of the universe.
And just stay here for 20 breaths.
Slow,
Deep breath.
And as you're doing this,
Some of you who are really clairvoyant can see a lot of energies.
You might start to see your goddesses,
The divine mother,
The energies of your guides dancing around you.
Enjoy.
That you've moved from this lie that might be stuck in your body.
It's okay,
We all have a nervous system.
To the truth of your essence,
Which is love,
Which is the creator.
And just keep breathing.
I am love.
I am love.
I am love.
And perhaps your hand is still on your heart.
And you're entering the truth.
Of I know who I am.
And as you stay here for a few moments,
We just remind ourselves.
You live in the earthly realm of dichotomy.
These lies of the fear might be stuck in my body,
But I will have compassion for it.
As I have compassion for it,
I can easily pivot.
To the knowing of my being and my heart.
Stay here for about five or six more breaths.
This new energy.
This new awareness,
This new truth.
Deep belly breath.
Than when you're feeling gritty.
Is it to wiggle your fingers,
Roll your shoulders,
Stretch your arms.
And take a moment to thank yourself.
Open your eyes.
Beautiful work,
Really nice.
So again,
We don't want to ignore the voice of the savagery and work beyond it because it's a voice that's here to protect us from our childhood.
We're not ignoring it.
Or bring compassion to it.
See it,
Feel it in the body.
And then we'll pivot because we're in the world of dichotomy.
Hot,
Cold,
Good,
Bad.
That's Planet Earth.
To knowing my worthiness,
My truth as the nature of love.
Thank you so much for joining me.
I will see you next time.
Lots of love.
