Tuning into the sensation of the breath,
And then allowing more breath to enter you through your nose,
Down your throat,
Opening up your chest,
Relaxing your shoulders,
And letting your belly relax.
We're going to consciously extend the out breath longer than the in breath,
Letting go of anything we don't need anymore.
Anything that might be pulling at us,
Cutting ties,
Just for now.
Feeling your body relax with the out breath,
Extending,
Breathing out all that old air and taking in the newness,
The freshness of this moment.
We're going to take a little journey to a time in the future.
You can go many,
Many years into the future.
If you are older,
You can go many years into the future.
And imagine yourself in this meditation,
Older,
You can see yourself at this time in the distant future,
Much older.
And allow yourself to see this woman,
Where she is.
Perhaps she is in her home or in nature.
Perhaps she's traveling,
Or she's just sitting there,
Perhaps she's traveling,
Maybe she's working.
But wherever she is,
You notice right away that she contains the perspective of time.
Many years into the future,
You see where she sits,
You see her expression,
The way her hair looks,
Her eyes,
And she radiates the wisdom of perspective and age.
The wisdom of having learned from her experiences the wisdom of having led a curious wholehearted life.
And the compassion you see inside of her as she welcomes you and gives you a hug.
Take this time to meet her,
To greet her,
And you can accept her invitation to ask anything that you'd like to know about.
And you can ask her to come to you and ask her to tell you what you'd like to know about.
Connecting with your breath,
You can ask her for advice.
And have a listen to what it is that she shares.
You can ask her any question that's on your mind,
Any question that's on your heart.
And more than anyone else,
She knows you,
She understands you,
And she has a compassion for all that you are going through.
She also believes in you to the absolute utmost.
And she understands you,
And she has a compassion for all that you are going through.
She also believes in you to the absolute utmost.
So take this moment and hear her words and let them enter your heart.
We're gonna take three breaths here.
And I'm gonna bring the bell three times.
You can thank her for this time.
Let her know that you'll be back,
You'll see her again.
And I'm gonna ring the bell three times so that you can thank her and bring her message into your heart and into your hand.
And I'm gonna ring the bell three times.
And I'm gonna ring the bell three times.
