In this bliss meditation, we journey together. If you hold ~ stillness, deep relaxation, presence at this moment, and blissful calm ~ as the guiding prompts for your journey, much will be revealed. Then, each time you sit or lie in a practice of deep meditation, it becomes the journey you receive. This is a practice of dhyana (the seventh limb of the Yoga Sutras) and I guide you in several of the skills of the other limbs as we go deeper into the experience of meditation. The meditation, designed as instructional offers approximately 13 minutes of instructional and immersive guidance before we practice together in 10 minutes of silent meditation. Namaste!
