For the next while as you prepare for sleep,

As you find comfort in your bed,

First find stillness.

Use a most comfortable posture.

Go inward now to feel the ever-present nature of your breath.

To inspire relaxation and sleep,

First focus here for a time on the gentle inhalation.

And soothing exhalation of breath.

As comfort.

Focus relaxation.

Begin here.

Let your breath hold your focus.

A simple inhalation and exhalation.

Each inhalation lets you notice one part of your body that you are choosing to relax.

Each exhalation is the following of this breath as you release and let go,

Softening into comfort,

Ease,

Relaxation.
