Learn how to change your current state of being into one of your choosing - and to maintain this new state with ease. You begin by first noticing how you presently feel. You are mindful - attentive to what you notice - without judgement. Then, in full acceptance with how you feel - I show you a simple process for changing how you feel (your state of being/your mood) by deciding - using the present tense - to manifest your desired way of feeling & being. You co-create this positive mood state (this new way of feeling) - expressing your desires in the present moment and together as you connect in synergy with the energy of your heart centre.
