Sonia Kreitzer is a singer, songwriter, sound healer and meditation guide based between Los Angeles, CA and Costa Rica. She studied Tibetan Opera singing at the Tibetan Institute for Performing Arts in Dharamsala, India, and accredits these teachings with helping her embody her voice. She releases music under her project "Doe Paoro" and has toured with the Gipsy Kings, Of Monsters and Men and Son Little and is interested in music as a form of universal healing. She has four full-length records.

This was very peaceful practice and the music in the background was wonderful and soothing. Your voice as well is very soothing. I just feel that it needed more positive affirmation of the feelings in different areas, instead of the focus on the possibility of negative feelings in the area. For instance the low back can feel strong.
