Drift off to a deep sleep, enjoy the dreams and repeat again the next night! Insomnia is not necessary, and it is fixable with repetitive meditation practice! I have not had trouble sleeping since I began my nighttime meditations. Just relax to the music and the sound of my voice. For ALL AGES! Especially helpful for children!
