Drift off to a deep sleep, enjoy the dreams and repeat again the next night! Insomnia is not necessary, and it is fixable with repetitive meditation practice! I have not had trouble sleeping since I began my nighttime meditations. Just relax to the music and the sound of my voice. For ALL AGES! Especially helpful for children!

Welcome to this sleep meditation.

I am going to guide you down a restful,

Rejuvenating road as you drift into a deep,

Relaxing sleep.

Breathe in and breathe out,

Feeling relaxed.

Take several deep breaths and as you exhale,

Allow the breath to relax you.

When you breathe in,

Open your eyes and gaze forward.

When you breathe out,

Gently close your eyes.

Repeat this until your eyes want to fully close and then allow them to remain shut.

Breathe in and breathe out,

Relaxing you even more.

Breathe in and out,

So relaxed.

Allow your breath to naturally flow.

Restful sleep is natural for you.

It is natural for everyone.

Up until now,

You've allowed your thoughts to have control over you,

Keeping you from getting the slumber you deserve.

But now,

You are ready for change.

You are done with this habit because you know you deserve restful sleep and overthinking is unnecessary.

Breathe in and breathe out,

Relaxing you.

Notice the slight sound of your gentle breath,

Reminding you of a calm breeze,

A serene ocean,

Or perhaps a clear stream trickling by.

Your breath is similar to these scenes in nature because your breath is the most natural thing in the world.

Breathe in and out,

Feeling more and more deeply relaxed.

The breath flows a bit more,

Which means you are very relaxed and ready to doze off into a beautiful sleep.

Your body welcomes this dreamy,

Light sensation.

Allow the feelings of relaxation to multiply.

Let your mind drift and wander to the thought of a soft and fluffy pillow.

You may be lucky enough to be laying on one right now.

Imagine this pillow and feel its softness supporting you,

Feeling how it was created just for you to rest your head upon.

Breathe in and out,

Relaxing.

The sound of my voice becomes distant now,

As the sensations of sleep are drawing very close.

The frequency of dreaming sweeps over your mind as your brain slows,

And you enjoy this very pleasant feeling.

These gentle sensations are welcomed and feel so natural.

You sleep deeply and soundly,

Breathing in and out,

Relaxing more and more.

You can almost sense the feeling of being a small baby.

When sleeping came often and easily,

Your breath filled your belly and soothed you.

You were wrapped in various soft blankets by those who cared for you.

People cared for you when you were a baby and were delighted to see you restfully sleeping.

They knew how to rejuvenate ourselves with sleep.

They smiled,

Seeing your closed eyes and sweet face.

You slept easily and nicely then,

When you were a baby,

Just as you do now in your soft pillow.

You sleep deeply and soundly,

Allowing your breath to relax you.

You can barely notice your breath now because it has slowed to only what is needed for a deep and restful sleep.

This is so natural and it feels wonderful.

I am so delighted to be able to see you sleeping so well.

You deserve this.

You sleep deeply and soundly,

Your breath relaxes you.

You are deserving of this restful sleep,

Breathing easily and out.

You deserve to hear the natural slumber.

You deserve to let go of unnecessary thoughts.

You deserve to sleep in a way that you feel completely rejuvenated when you rise,

Breathing easily in and out.

Everyone you know also deserves to see you well rested.

They are overjoyed to hear this news when you tell them you are getting the natural sleep that you need every single night.

You sleep deeply and soundly,

Relaxing and breathing naturally.

Your dreams contribute to a happy wakeful life.

Your dreams complement your good qualities and offer feelings of completion and wholeness.

Let the dreamy feeling flow and float,

Taking you all kinds of wonderful places and having beautiful experiences.

You sleep deeply and soundly,

Breathing in and out.

You deserve this restful sleep and you always have.

Breathe in and out.

Now let my voice completely fade away and enjoy this rest that will make you feel whole again.
