Welcome to this guided meditation on releasing anxiety.

I am honored to guide you today to let go and to feel amazing.

Begin to feel your body in a very comfortable position and appreciate each sensation that your body feels in this moment.

Recognize its ability to slow down,

To release its own tension,

And to relax into the present moment.

This is a gift you are giving yourself now,

And you should thank yourself.

Make sure your body is completely comfortable.

Feel the tension being released.

Feel the stress lifting away.

When you are ready,

You can close your eyes and follow along with my words,

Allowing for me to guide you deep down into your subconscious mind,

Where you are in charge of making the changes you need to feel your best.

Deep within our subconscious mind,

We may have old,

Trapped feelings.

Sometimes these feelings can be positive,

And sometimes they are negative.

The way meditation works is it allows you to relax deep,

To access your subconscious mind so you can access the negative feelings safely and effortlessly.

Feel into your relaxed body now,

And feel the wave of calm come over you.

With every word I say,

You will be more and more deeply relaxed.

Feel yourself melting into more relaxation,

Going down into a nice,

Peaceful state of mind.

You may feel feelings that are unpleasant.

Just honor them.

Acknowledge that they're there.

Tune into them.

Observe them.

They do not belong to you.

They do not own you.

There is no need to worry about any thoughts or feelings.

You can be the eye in the middle of the storm,

Just watching and knowing that the storm will pass.

Allow thoughts to drift in and out of your mind.

You're not really concerned with these thoughts.

They come and they go.

It has any deeper significance than another.

Allow for your relaxation to multiply.

You are letting go of your conscious mind.

You are giving rest to the mind that judges whether something is right or something is wrong.

Deep within your subconscious mind,

It doesn't matter.

You feel so good,

And you let go even more.

Just let go of anything.

Anything that's left.

Allow the subconscious mind to listen carefully to these wonderful words I'm saying.

Anxiety is a choice.

You do have a choice whether you want to be anxious or calm.

Everything in life is a choice.

You can only think one thing at a time as your main focus.

The human mind cannot focus on two thoughts at the same time.

So when you have an anxious thought,

Practice immediately replacing it with a positive one.

It could be related or unrelated.

Either way,

Choose a positive thought.

You will notice as you practice this technique,

You will become better at training your mind to think how you want it to think.

You will begin to think in a way that serves you for the greater good and helps others around you.

Now allow yourself to go even deeper into comfort.

Allow your body to feel heavy and imagine laying along a sandy,

Beautiful beach.

Feel the earth underneath your body grounding you.

As you lay on the beach,

Listening to the waves crashing in and out,

In and out,

You allow yourself to let go of those unwanted things deep within your subconscious mind.

Emotions from your past are coming through and being freed from your body.

On this beach,

You feel the air all around your energy field of your body.

Feel the warmth from the sunshine and you feel your feet and your legs comfortably sitting in the sand.

Feeling the breeze,

Allow anything in your subconscious mind that needs to be let go of surface and release.

Know that you can choose to let go of anything you want that is deep within your mind.

Breathe in deeply,

Knowing the power of choice is yours as you count to three and build up this power and strength that is innate within you.

One,

Two,

Three.

And breathing out,

Count down from three to one.

Three,

Two,

One.

Letting go of these old,

Stuck feelings.

You are cleansing your subconscious mind with each breath you take.

Breathe in.

One,

Two,

Three.

And breathe out.

Three,

Two,

One.

Now imagine you are walking across the beach through the sand and you feel happy and positive and lighter than you were before.

You know now that your choice between the positive and the negative is more clear.

You've made the choice to think how you want to think.

From this moment forward,

Today and in the future,

You are happy,

Relaxed and free.

Before you felt anxious because you didn't allow the subconscious memories to be released.

But now that you've let them go,

Things sort themselves out naturally.

And from here on forward,

You will be most calm and most relaxed.

Allow for things in your life to sort themselves out.

Knowing that things always turn out how they should.

You'll be granted a calmness.

You'll be very happy and very relaxed.

Now say to yourself,

I am proud of you.

I am a good person who is grateful for the things I do.

I am a person who truly cares.

I care about myself and others.

I want to be a better person.

And I can be anyone that I want to be.

I am a person who is grateful for the things I do.

I am a person who is grateful for the things I do.

I am a person who is grateful for the things I do.

I am a person who is grateful for the things I do.

Now feel yourself drifting and floating into a deeper relaxation.

My voice is an anchor holding down the world for you.

Feel yourself becoming healed of any anxiety.

In this moment as you drift even further into a peaceful,

Serene state of mind.

You deserve this and it's okay.

All the weight and tension slides away from your body and your emotions become clear and defined.

You know how to feel your emotions and you know how to move through them.

Now just allow all the anxieties you've ever had to simply melt away.

They are no longer inside of you.

They have no control over you.

They do not define you.

You are so relaxed,

So beautiful,

So amazing.

And the world needs to hear what you have to say.

You now have confidence through life,

Allowing anxieties to melt away,

Allowing feelings to come and go,

Allowing thoughts to come and go.

You now have the choice whether you stick with the negative or flow with the positive.

You are strong,

You are resilient,

And you are free of the past.

Ready to take on the day one moment at a time and enjoy your life to the best of your ability in each present moment.

As you feel into your body again and remember,

Feel the air around you,

Feel your heart beating,

Feel the ground beneath you.

And when you are ready,

You can open your eyes and have an amazing day.
