This is a short meditation to set your intention for the day. Ideally, listen each morning before you get up and start your day. It will empower and inspire you to do your best and work to achieve your goals, while keeping a smile upon your face!

Welcome to this meditation on intention setting for the day.

This is a short meditation to get you in the right mindset,

To allow yourself to feel good,

To be positive,

And to be open to today's opportunities and possibilities.

Make sure you will not be disturbed for the duration of this session.

Get into a very comfortable position.

Take a nice deep breath in.

As you exhale,

Feel any tension you have begin to release from your body.

Breathe in fully.

Feel your body expand with the air.

As you exhale,

Feel your body contract as the air escapes and makes room for new fresh air.

Focus on the sensations of the breath.

Allow this breathing to relax you.

Bring into your mind an intention you would like to set.

Notice what comes to mind.

It could be a long-term goal or something you want to accomplish today.

It could be just a step in the right direction or a change of a small habit.

It could be an attitude shift.

It could be gratitude.

Whatever it is that you are thinking of,

See it very clearly.

Envision this being you today.

Commit to being this version of you today that will help you get to where you want to be.

Add in some details.

How are you feeling as you are manifesting this desire?

How are you feeling by being your best self with a more positive perspective?

How does it feel to do something right for your body?

What is it that you truly want?

Maybe you can imagine a color that this envisions.

What do you see?

What colors do you see that are bright and vibrant that make you feel like what you want is already here?

Imagine yourself feeling so much gratitude for this day and all the effort you put into it.

Feel the confidence and the joy.

Feel these uplifting emotions in your body.

Happiness,

Laughter,

Serenity,

Joy,

Happiness,

Patience.

Let these feelings grow and grow as you continue to visualize yourself this way.

Now remember what your initial intention was.

Your next step is to look at the first step to take that will get you towards that goal.

What will your next choice be?

Have faith in your heart and your mind that you will find the right path.

Our natural state as human beings are to be successful and happy,

Whatever that looks like for you.

All we need to do is access this power and believe in ourselves.

Take a nice deep breath in again,

Remembering how you feel after you achieve your goals and enjoy the journey and the process of getting there.

Whenever you're ready,

You can open your eyes,

Bring a smile upon your face,

Excited for the day ahead.
