This is a meditation of radical acceptance. Sometimes it might feel like a moment that is difficult is difficult to accept and we want to rather change it, but please genuinely consider that the only change we truly want is to move from non acceptance to genuine allowing and acceptance. What arises already has full permission to be.

Welcome,

Dear soul,

To this inner genuine inquiry meditation of acceptance of the present moment.

Who are you really before the story of who you are?

This will influence the perception of the moment a great deal.

It is not a result of your doing something.

It is inherently already here.

The acceptance that you are.

You do not need to see yourself in order to know that you are.

The acceptance what you are is the deepest rooted acceptance that will create a resonance of all the rest.

You are not the story of your past and future.

The result of your doing,

The construct of your thought.

Discovering what you truly are prior to story makes it effortless to allow the story to arise without the need to uphold it or even serve it.

A story is made up of words,

But they are just concepts.

So at the very most,

They can only point to what you are,

But never capture it.

And that is also not the point.

Discovering what you are is this vast capacity for life.

The capacity for everything that appears.

The capacity for thoughts,

Feelings,

Sensations,

And all of life.

What you are holds everything as it appears and disappears.

What you are embraces all that arises.

No matter what waves appear in the ocean,

There is no wave that can threaten the wholeness of the ocean.

The waves can appear and disappear,

But the ocean always stays complete.

The ocean is all the waves.

There is an inseparability between the ocean and the waves.

On the deepest level,

What you are accepts what appears.

Every thought,

Sensation,

Feeling.

If it appears,

Then it has already been allowed in what you are.

If a wave appears in the ocean,

The ocean already shaped itself into a wave.

What you are has already given permission for this moment to be exactly as it is.

Dear heart,

This is unconditional acceptance.

No ideas about what is right or wrong exists here.

So when there is a grasping to good moments and an aversion of bad or an avoidance of painful moments,

It could be that there is no recognition on a deeper level that whatever appears have already been allowed and accepted.

Then seeking becomes the breeding ground of the moment and acceptance is forgotten or denied its rightful place.

So if the inherent peace waiting within is not recognized in this moment,

The seeking for it happens in the next moment.

It will never be found there.

It does not exist in the future or the past.

It only exists here.

Everything is an invitation to recognize the full acceptance.

What you are already said yes to everything appearing here.

Because what you are shaped itself into it with or without thought.

You are not.

Thoughts or emotions are not the problem.

There is no problem.

The problem itself is just an idea and you are not an idea.

That is why with or without thought,

You are not.

Thoughts seem to create the appearance of time,

The appearance of you.

You are not choosing thoughts.

Thoughts arise.

You can say there is only void,

Emptiness,

Or silence.

But it masquerades as thoughts,

Words,

Feelings,

And form.

There is nothing to figure out.

Even if the thoughts appear to say so,

Thoughts will still come and go apparently because they are appearances.

So in a sense of you trying to accept or reject,

It is already too late.

This moment is already exactly as it's supposed to be.

Then thoughts come in and try to accept or reject the moment as they narrate the story of what is.

The reason why we try to accept fear,

Suffering,

Or pain is that we secretly hope that it will change or go away.

Forgetting about the impermanence of reality,

Which means the identity with an aspect of the mind wanting consistency,

Is deeply attached to perception.

This is trying to do acceptance.

Trying to do it in a transactional kind of way with a motivation or expectation attached to it.

If I accept this,

It will go away.

So that makes the present moment an invitation of the deep acceptance that is already here and the deep peace that is already here.

The ocean does not need to get rid of its waves to be complete or at peace.

This is a peace that does not have an opposite.

It is not opposed to anything because it embraces everything.

It is everything.

Everything is an expression of the silence and peace and love.

If it doesn't seem like it is,

Remember that that is all there is.

Consciousness is all there is.

So it simply cannot be something else.

This is something that has to be remembered and discovered now and now and now.

In every moment,

As it becomes a thought about the past or the future and it breeds a seeking,

An attachment to suffering.

So the recognition of deep acceptance is the termination of suffering in the moment.

What you are,

Dear heart,

Does not suffer,

Cannot suffer,

Because it already allowed this moment.

The thoughts might be saying,

I am suffering.

And the failure to recognize what you are leads to the agreement and belief that you are the thought describing this moment.

Truth is,

You do not have a choice what is allowed in,

Yet you so desperately want to be in control of allowing what is allowed in.

You want to be the doorkeeper,

But this moment,

This moment has already been allowed in.

So is it possible to recognize that it is thoughts wanting to be in control?

Mental constructs that want to control.

These constructs are fueled by the belief of a separate self in a process known as selfing.

In direct experience of Is-ness,

There is an interesting phenomena that occurs,

Where a search for the direct location of a self arises that is separate from phenomena,

Senses,

Or even thoughts.

This is something that won't be found as it simply does not exist.

But that doesn't mean it is the end of the experience of self.

The feeling of contracting into self or being a self is continuous.

This results in a tendency to form an objective awareness which sees a subject and object apart from them.

That means a separate self here that is apart from an object out there.

The borderlines of the body is not necessarily the inside and outside perception.

This can be phenomena and the one aware of thoughts,

Feelings,

Sensations,

And emotions.

Is it possible to notice this is yet another dualistic arrangement of awareness?

It is known as the watcher state.

The mind imagines a formless awareness,

Watching everything occurring while being separated from that which occurs.

The subject-object construct is still very alive,

Creating a deeper yet more subtle dualistic aspect of self.

This is perceived where subject and object exist separately in space.

Dear one,

Once this distorted idea is penetrated in,

It reveals clearly that there is nowhere that a self could exist separately.

In fact,

There is nowhere.

What is left is full immersion.

There is nothing left to be apart from anything else.

Yet it's empty and any solidity or permanence.

No here apart from there.

No me apart from you.

No this apart from that.

This also dissolves the feeling that there's something apart making decisions.

Which relieves the responsibility of the sense that you decided something that is incorrect or that does not belong to this moment.

Causing this moment to be a lesson or a result of a wrong choice that can be difficult to accept.

It leads to the refusal of the moment exactly as it is.

It can lead to a lot of mental resentment or wanting this moment to be different or wishing the separate self made a different choice.

It is a big burden to carry,

Dear soul.

An unnecessary one.

Being willing to look at these trigger points that color perception filters and cause discomfort are essential when it comes to remember the acceptance of this moment just as it is.

So rest here now.

Allow all the separate opinions,

Thoughts,

Feelings,

Emotions,

Observers to melt into just this.

This experience in its entirety is all that there is.
