Welcome,

Dear one.

The breath is the bridge connecting your outer world with your inner.

Allow your body to find its natural and relaxed state.

Bring the breath to be the permission to relax deeper.

Notice how your breath aids into this relaxation.

Render the tension and resistance out with the exhale.

Inhale through the nose and out through the mouth.

Feel the weight of the tension leaving your body on the exhale.

Become aware how your breath aids in releasing tension.

Give the exhale the permission to settle your body even more.

Support your breath with your own awareness.

Breath is the fundamental life rhythm.

There is no need to change or manipulate your breath in any way.

Observe your breath's melody.

Observe the breath a little bit closer.

Is it possible to become aware where in your body the signal comes from to breathe?

Your abdomen?

Chest?

Where is the breath most alive for you in this moment?

Becoming aware of all four parts of the breath.

The inhale,

The exhale.

The switch over from the in and the exhale.

Being fully available to what the breath has to offer here.

If the awareness hovers over thoughts,

Simply invite it back to the breath.

Imagine if you have to note mentally to yourself as you inhale and exhale.

Attention can be seen as the currency of this present moment.

You pay attention to your breath.

Notice how effortless breathing is happening.

Is it possible to feel how the body is creating space when the breath comes in contact with the body?

The breath delivers life force,

Animating the corpse and it also delivers what no longer serves out.

Notice how this constant change,

The inhale and the exhale is creating stability.

It is the very change keeping you alive.

Also just letting your breath be while being with your breath.

Access your basic Board Octave.

Namaste.
