Welcome,

Dear one.

As you allow yourself to settle into this moment.

Resting your awareness on mindfulness here.

Mindfulness is paying attention to the present moment.

Even if it's difficult to stay present,

If it feels like your mind is wondering or your thoughts are shouting.

Resting your breath to calm you.

Noticing how it flows in and out.

Mindfulness is not only to pay attention to the present moment.

It is much more about how you pay attention to this moment.

Are you paying attention through eyes of kindness or judging,

Manipulating what you find?

Prioritizing expectation or loving whatever you find in this moment.

Dropping any expectation to how easy or difficult it is to stay present.

I would like to remind you,

Dear one,

That every time you notice that your mind has wandered off,

You are already back in the present moment.

So instead of judging yourself,

Welcome your awareness back to presence.

Everything available to this moment through compassion and patience.

Energy flows where attention goes.

So if you notice judgement arising or growing stronger,

Trust in the fact that you can draw your awareness away from the judgement and rest it in kindness and understanding instead.

Everything is welcome here,

In the vastness of my being.

I welcome it all.

Any sensations in your body?

The rhythm and the depth of your breath.

Being grateful to your senses,

Picking up life,

Being open to receive.

This is what you get to love in this moment.

Guiding your intention inward along with your senses to explore deeper to your intrinsic world without holding yourself at an unrealistic state of perfection.

Let go of any expectation of what you think you should notice or feel in this moment.

This will invite your undivided attention back to the here and the now.

Attention and kindness emanates from your attention.

Know that your attention and awareness can never cause you harm.

If your mind is trying to jump to another moment,

Invite your awareness back to your breath,

Rest it there and notice where it leads you through this moment.

Namaste.
