Welcome,

Dear ones.

Today in the meditation challenge,

Abundance instead of absence.

This is Carla from Divine Interest,

Leading you to and through the present moment.

Making yourself comfortable and allowing yourself to settle into your body space.

With your spine straight yet relaxed.

Allowing your shoulders to let go of any tension.

Your jaw to relax and your teeth to slightly separate.

Keeping your mouth closed yet completely relaxed.

Your eyes closed or your gaze is soft on a steady point.

Let's take a few deep breaths in through the nose,

Out through the mouth,

Again in through the nose and release it out of your mouth.

Feel this breath carrying all the tension out of your body space.

One more time,

Breathe in through the nose and out of the mouth.

Now allow all the noises and distractions around you to soften and fade out.

Let them fall away and out of focus.

Let everything soften in the spaces around you.

Let it blur into the background as you move your awareness towards your breath completely.

Start to notice the arriving of the breath into your chest.

Try to follow the breath from the air into your nostrils and all the way down into the windpipe.

Notice where the breath splits into the two primary bronchi,

The left side and the right side.

Following the breath all the way down to the lowest parts of your lungs.

Notice where your lungs touch your diaphragm and how your diaphragm assists your breathing.

Allow your breath to guide your vibration to a level of deep relaxation.

Feel the breath effortlessly moving around your ribs and your heart cavity.

Try to notice the synchronicity that exists between your breath and your heartbeat.

How many heartbeats can you count on your inhalation?

And how many heartbeats can you count on a full exhale?

Sometimes we find ourselves so deep in the centre of the hustle and bustle of our lives and so far from the centre of our essence that we try to tend to everyone else's needs and we forget about our own.

This can be draining and never leads to satisfaction.

Running around like a compass searching for north without a destination.

Feeling busy constantly but at the same time that nothing is being completed.

We all know this feeling.

We get caught up in the illusion that we exist in time.

When time,

Dear one,

Exists in us.

When we are absent towards ourselves we lose touch with the abundance within and around us.

You can't pour from an empty cup.

You need to make the time to observe and show up for yourself in the same way that you are showing up for others.

Somewhere along the journey we have forgotten the true meaning of being humble and being true to ourselves.

We started to believe the conditioning taught to us by the people that didn't know how to show up for themselves.

And that still had a lot of work to do for themselves but because of the selflessness in the journey of parenthood or life and naively they passed on their unhealed wounds.

No one is to be blamed but now we know better.

We know that in order to be the best version of ourselves we have to heal scars that wasn't our fault.

We have to question our beliefs,

Be brave to become quiet in order for the mind to settle,

In order for us to hear our light and darkness in the form without labels.

So we can show up for ourselves as only we know how.

Try to see or sense the energy of abundance around and inside of you now.

Feel how it flows back and forth through your breath.

Abundance is everywhere and available to us all.

Using your eight fingertips and moving them to the crown of your head.

Gently pushing your fingertips against the crown of your head.

This is where your essence flows from,

Exchanging and dancing with the abundance that is all around you.

Notice this for a few deep breaths.

When I give the signal we will move our fingertips towards our ears as to open up the crown of your head,

Welcoming the abundance to flow through us,

Through our crown chakra.

Take a deep breath in and out.

And when you inhale once more,

You move your fingers along your head towards your ears and feel how abundance is flowing in and through you.

Cleansing,

Healing,

Restoring and uplifting you.

Resetting your energy towards the truth of your abundance.

Allow this refreshing abundance to settle into the deepest corners of your being and if you come across any resistance trying to block it out,

Imagine that you are cutting the cords and cutting the attachments to these resistance and exhaling it out.

Any lies,

Fears,

Doubts residue from others anything that no longer serves you or is out of your alignment.

Just simply breathe it out.

My net worth grows steadily and I welcome this growth lovingly.

I align my actions to fully support this growth.

I am enough.

I am worthy to acknowledge and receive the abundance that is all around me and inside of me.

I choose to show up for myself first and invite a good balance to how I serve others.

I welcome abundance in all areas of my life and I receive it with a grateful heart.

To bring your awareness back towards your body space now.

Allow your breath to become the portal to connect you back to your physical space.

Now welcome your attention into your fingertips and see if you can find a soft electrical charge of energy that lives in your fingers.

This dear one is your source.

This humming sensation is what connects you to your essence.

Welcoming your awareness into your hands and then breathing it up your arms towards your shoulders.

From your shoulders towards your head and into your face.

Softening any expression that you may have on your face.

Traveling your awareness down the front of your body now.

Through your collarbones,

Your chest,

Diaphragm,

Abdomen.

Then turn your awareness to be traveled to the back of your body.

Over,

Under and in between your shoulders and your shoulder blades.

Down your spine one vertebra at a time and arriving at your hips.

Notice where your lower limbs are connected to your body space.

Transfer your awareness down both your legs,

Past your knees,

Shins and calves.

Reaching your ankles and feet until you arrive into your toes.

Try to notice the same hum living in your toes.

Notice your nerves ready to fire when you receive the signal from source.

Whenever you are ready,

Start wiggling your toes and connecting back to your body space.

You are also welcome to sustain the silence and stay in meditation.

If it resonates with you,

Gently stretching from the tips of your fingers to the tips of your toes and taking your time to open your eyes.

True anymore.
