Did you know that every worry and every fear we have,
It's like a kink in the hose.
It completely blocks us off from receiving universal life force energy.
And that energy,
That force,
That source,
That divine love,
Whatever you want to call it,
Is life.
We are here to connect with that energy.
But when we are caught up in a state of worry,
Or a state of fear,
Or just not even being aware of what we're thinking,
The hose is being kinked.

My name is Diane,
And I'm going to guide you through a practice to release your fears,
Release your worries,
So that you can fully step into receiving all that you desire in this lifetime.
Take a deep breath with me now.
A nice,
Centering,
Settling breath.
And let's get started.
Coming into the most comfortable position for yourself.
Making any little micro adjustments to receive this transmission,
These words,
To reset your mind,
Your body,
And your energy.
If I were to ask you right now,
Which I'm about to,
What are you worried about?
What are you afraid of?
And there's no judgment here.
No judgment from me,
And no judgment from you.
I'm just helping you become aware of what you're thinking about that's causing you to worry,
Causing you to feel perhaps a bit anxious or fearful.
It's just a self-awareness exercise.
So running through the list,
Maybe it's one thing,
Maybe it's many things.
And then I'm going to bring you back to right now,
Right here in this moment,
And ask you,
Are any of those things happening right in this moment to you right now?
And take another deep breath in with me.
Feeling your body right here in the moment,
In this moment.
And zoning in on one of your worries or fears,
Whatever it is,
I want you to really think about it.
Bring it all into your mind.
What's got you awake at night?
What's got you distracted during the day or feeling like it's a continuing loop in your mind?
Just bringing all your awareness to whatever that is that's happening for you to cause this worry,
This fear,
This anxiety.
And now where do you feel that in your body?
Breathing in and scanning your body,
When you think of whatever it is that you're afraid of,
That you're worried about,
That you're anxious about,
What do you notice in your body?
And you're just noticing.
You're not judging.
You're just observing your physical body.
And it could be such a subtle feeling,
And perhaps you're not familiar with connecting thoughts with bodily feelings.
So if you don't feel anything,
That's perfectly okay.
But maybe move to your belly.
And just notice as you think of this worry,
This fear,
This anxiety,
What do you notice happening in your belly?
Does it feel tight?
Tense?
Sometimes maybe a little nauseousness can happen when we're afraid.
You're just observing.
And then I invite you on your next breath in to invite in softening air.
Really just release tension in your belly.
Maybe squeeze the muscles in your abdomen.
Squeeze and hold,
Squeeze and hold,
Squeeze and hold.
And just let it out.
Let it be soft.
Release the kink in the hose.
And take another deep breath in.
And thinking about another fear or worry,
Something that's causing you anxiety,
Moving your awareness now to your chest.
What do you notice there?
And just be with it.
Whatever is arising,
Just be with any sensations.
Inviting in softness with your breath.
And letting your shoulders just relax.
Our breath is such a powerful tool.
Maybe place one or both hands right over your chest.
And just feel into your heart beating right here,
Right now.
Just present with whatever sensations you're noticing in your body.
Whatever thoughts are swirling around in your mind.
And perhaps envisioning now a hurricane.
And I'm seeing this hurricane as an aerial shot from above the storm.
If you've ever seen an image before of what that looks like,
It's a swirl,
A massive swirl of clouds spinning around.
But in the center,
It's clear.
It's open.
The eye of the storm.
Stillness.
So all your fears and your worries,
Your anxieties,
Is that hurricane just swirling around,
Swirling around within your mind and around in your energetic field,
Around your body,
As well as within your body.
And we can come to this place of grounding and centeredness.
Breathing into the heart.
Breathing into the belly.
Being present with what is.
Inviting in softness.
We're in that stillness,
That eye of the storm.
It's calm.
And we can have this be our set point,
Our foundation,
Where we don't have to pick up the worries and the fears and the anxieties on the other side.
We can stay in this centeredness.
This is your power center.
It first takes awareness of what's happening in the mind and the willingness to want to change because you can change.
You can always change and transform into a higher version of yourself,
Which is why we are here to keep evolving and growing and changing and releasing what isn't serving us to our greatest and highest good anymore.
I give you full permission to release whatever you've been holding on as fear,
As worry,
As anxiety,
As doubt.
You are the master creator of your life.
What you choose to believe becomes your reality.
Every word,
Every thought holds a frequency.
In order to bring in your desires,
You must raise your energetic vibration,
Your frequency to a higher vibration.
Fear and worry and anxiety are lower frequencies.
I'm going to bring in a light language transmission with the intention of doing just that.
All you need to do is listen with your heart and your body to receive this energy,
This wave of energy,
Energetic frequencies coming through my voice.
Breathing in deeply,
Exhaling fully.
And just notice your body now.
I invite you to draw the corners of your mouth upwards into a gentle smile.
