Hello and welcome.
If you're having trouble falling asleep,
This recording is for you.
I will be channeling light language throughout this meditation.
Light language is the language of the soul.
It's actually perfect to help you become more at ease and relaxed.
All you need to do is get into the most comfortable position,
Rest your eyes,
Closing your lids when you're ready,
And just take a letting go breath,
Big deep breath in,
And a big exhale,
Long exhale out.
And perhaps you need to do that one or two or even three or four or five more times to just hold the intention of letting go of your day,
And coming into this present moment right here,
Right now,
Noticing your body,
Noticing the surface that you're lying on or perhaps sitting on.
You have landed here.
There's nothing in your past that can bring you back there,
And there's nothing in your future that can pull you ahead.
And the present moment is the only moment that we have.
So settle into that knowing that you are exactly where you need to be right now.
I'm actually going to invite you now to squeeze all the muscles that you can in your body.
As you inhale,
Squeeze and hold,
Squeeze them so tight,
Making fists,
Curling your toes,
Contracting your belly,
Your back muscles,
Your buttocks,
Your thighs,
Your legs,
Everything,
Squeeze,
Squeeze,
Squeeze,
Hold until you can't hold your breath anymore,
And then let it all out.
Breathe in and breathe out.
And let's do that again.
On your inhale,
Squeeze and hold,
Tighten,
Contract all the muscles in your face,
Your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your back,
Your chest,
Your belly,
All the way down to your toes.
Squeeze,
Squeeze,
Squeeze,
And let it out.
Relax and release.
And one more big breath in.
As you settle in and get ready for rest,
For deep rest,
For sleep,
Your body's ready,
Your mind's not quite there yet,
And that's okay.
All you need to do is listen to my voice and receive these frequencies,
That's what light language is,
It's the frequency of love,
Nurturing,
Support,
Guidance back to remembering who you really are.
It's a sacred soul remembrance.
And it's so supportive in resetting our nervous system,
Recalibrating.
Feel your body breathing.
Notice your body moving with the breath.
And dropping into your heart space,
Feeling your chest rising and falling.
And any intruding thoughts,
Just let them float by,
Not attaching,
Not gripping,
Not trying to figure out,
Fix,
Or control.
Release into this moment.
And letting any heaviness leave your body as you exhale.
Any weights that you may be carrying,
Any burdens,
Any fears.
Your body knows what to do.
And you can just tell your mind that all it needs to do is just take a rest.
Doesn't need to work right now.
You can thank it for all that it does for you,
But in this moment,
It doesn't need to be working.
You can tell it to just lie down next to you,
And take a rest with you.
Feeling your muscles soften.
Feeling your body tender into the support beneath you.
Allowing those frequencies of light language to help you feel more at ease,

Your soul is singing a sweet lullaby to you.
Beneath all the noise of the mind,
Perhaps you can hear its whisper,
Guiding you into this place of rest,
This place of peace.
Relax.
You have permission to rest deeply.
Any busy thoughts enter in.

Easing into rest.
