Hello and welcome.
This meditation is for the times when life feels like it's just too much.
Too heavy.
Too overwhelming.
Too burdensome.
I see you.
And I feel the weight of what you've been carrying.
I'm here with you now.
In this sacred space.
In which you can pause.
And release.
On trusting that you are in a position that feels supported.
And just taking a moment now to make any adjustments.
To increase your level of comfort.
Air we breathe.
Is an invisible and intangible form of medicine.
That most take for granted.
When we turn our attention to our breath.
We can change our physiology.
Our breathing is automatically controlled by the brainstem.
It is the only vital autonomic function.
That we can override.
And by changing the depth,
Speed and rhythm of our respiration.
We shift the chemical and electrical balance of our entire body.
Let's begin by taking a centering breath together.
Breathing in to a slow count of five.
Inhaling through the nose one 2,
3,
4,
5.
Now hold the breath for 5,
4,
3,
2,
1.
And slowly release to a count of seven.
1 2.
3.
.
.
4.
.
.
5.
.
.
6.
.
.
7.
.
.
Let's do two more rounds together.
Inhaling to five.
And holding for a count of five.
And then exhaling to seven.
And one more,
Breathing in.
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Holding onto that breath for five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
And exhale through your mouth.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven.
Good.
You've arrived.
Now just let your breath fall back to its natural rhythm.
And in your mind's eye.
Begin to imagine that you are standing in front of a beautiful doorway.
With the door closed.
And perhaps.
.
.
You notice a window in the door to the outdoors.
Where there's a soft light streaming through.
And knowing that this door leads to the outside,
You slowly begin to open it.
Feeling the handle in your hand in noticing the weather as it appears to you as you step over the threshold.
It's morning.
A start to a new day.
The sun is low in the sky.
You take a step further onto a blanket of soft,
Lush,
Green grass.
And there's a slight dewiness.
And the earth is warm.
Infirm,
And the grass feels cool and damp on your bare feet.
Really allow yourself to notice the sensation.
Of your feet sinking into the soft grasps and grounding into the earth.
Let's breathe in together again now,
Inhaling for five as you breathe in that cool,
Fresh morning air.
And hold for one second.
2,
3,
4,
And 5.
Slowly release your breath for 7,
6,
5,
4,
3,
2,
And 1.
I can clearly remember the sensation of walking in my yard.
Barefoot as a child.
And my eyes were always searching for four leaf clovers.
It was much later in my life that I learned that a four-leaf clover is actually a mutation from the three leaf clover.
Often sparked by environmental stressors such as pollution,
Temperature shifts,
Or herbicides.
And according to Celtic tradition,
The four leaves of a clover.
Represent faith?
Love.
And luck.
Let's just get curious together for a moment.
What if.
The circumstances that you are facing.
Are the environmental stressors that are causing your life to feel weighted and heavy.
Oftentimes,
It is our stressors.
Or our greatest discomfort that comes as a gift in disguise.
A gift that causes us to awaken to a new way of being.
Not to dismiss what these stressors are.
But to approach and face them from a different lens.
Breathe in fully now to your belly.
Hold on to the breath.
And exhale completely.
Completely empty out all the air in your body.
And hold.
You are a four-leaf clover.
Slowly release.
There is a version of you that is here to experience so much more than the weight that you've been carrying.
I don't believe in coincidences.
You did not randomly land on this recording.
Your higher self?
Your soul guided you here.
The external situations causing discomfort in your body?
And in your mind are here to push you into faith,
That something greater is guiding you.
The external situations causing discomfort in your body?
And in your mind?
Are here to push you into hope.
That things can and will change?
And these things are here to remind you that love is greater.
Then hate.
And fear.
And worry.
Take another deep breath in,
This time drawing in pure life force energy into your body,
The energy of change and possibility.
And healing.
This life force energy is available to you.
And it is your source of power.
Exhale,
Releasing now what you no longer wish to carry.
The stress,
The burdens.
The feelings of overwhelm.
We can't change what's happening around us.
But we can change how we react and respond to situations.
And when we do,
Our outer world begins to shift.
We can't change what is happening around us.
But when we change how we react and respond to situations,
Our outer world begins to shift.
I invite you now to place one or both hands over your heart,
The center of your chest,
Taking a deep breath right there,
Right into your heart space.
And repeat silently or out loud after me.
I lovingly and willingly release all heaviness.
Pain and sadness from my heart.
I release from my heart.
All accumulated feelings?
Of overwhelm.
And melancholy.
That limit my capacity to give and receive love.
I let go of all hidden sabotaging habits that try to keep me feeling anxious,
Lonely,
Or abandoned.
I release them all now.
I release them for good.
And instead,
I choose to open up to receive unconditional love.
Love from all sources in which bring me peace and joy.
I liberate my heart to connect with Spirit.
With breath.
With my vital life force energy.
Which connects me.
To peace and to love.
I am worthy of love and of peace always.
It is in my heart and through my body in which peace and love freely flow.
Breathe in.
To a count of five.
And hold for a count of five as you anchor in the energies of love and of peace.
And slowly exhale.
Bringing yourself back to feel your feet again in the cool grass grounding into the warmth and support of Mother Earth.
And look down at your feet.
Where you will find a beautiful,
Bright green four-leaf clover waiting for you.
Faith.
Love.
And love.
Have faith that you hold the power to let the healing frequency of love move through and from your heart.
I am so lucky to be able to share this sacred container with you.
From my heart to yours.
I send you so much love and peace.
Thank you for joining me.
