Welcome to this talk about light language.
If something in you said yes when you saw the title of this talk,
I don't believe that's a coincidence.
I think that that is your soul recognizing something that it already knows.
My name is Diane Stako,
And I am a transpersonal hypnotherapist,
A Reiki master teacher,
And a somatic healing facilitator.
And I'm also a light language channel.
And over the next few minutes,
I just want to introduce you to one of the most extraordinary and profound healing modalities that I have ever encountered in over 20 years of working in the healing arts.
Whether you're completely new to this,
To my work,
To light language,
Or simply curious and wanting someone to explain it a little more clearly,
Then I hope you stick around and listen to the rest of this talk.
So really,
At its simplest,
Light language,
It's not a language like the languages that we know today that you can study and learn.
It's a form of energetic communication that bypasses the analytical mind and speaks directly to the soul,
The body,
And the energy field.
Again,
It's not a language in the conversational sense.
There's no dictionary,
There's no grammar,
There's no translation of it.
But it doesn't need one because it doesn't work through meaning.
It works through frequency.
You can think of it like music,
Right?
So when you hear a piece of music that moves you to tears,
Even without words,
It can shift your entire emotional state in seconds.
And that is frequency working on you directly.
Light language works in the same way,
Using sound,
Tone,
And vibration to speak to the parts of you that live beneath conscious thought.
And it can be expressed in several ways.
Most commonly,
It's spoken or comes out in song.
And it's a flowing stream of tones and syllables that emerge from the channel,
From the person who's bringing that frequency through.
I also channel it as movement through gestures of my hands and arms,
Through sacred writing.
It can be expressed also through art or music.
But in my own work with clients and in these recordings,
You will be primarily hearing it through sound.
And I also weave it in as a living transmission.
It's my gift to you.
And as far as where it comes from,
Different people who channel it hold different understandings.
And some may experience it as multidimensional or galactic in origin.
And some as the pre-verbal language of the soul itself.
I feel it is the sacred expression of the soul,
How humanity communicated before the languages that we know today were developed.
And some also feel that it's through a,
They view it through a shamanic or a quantum lens.
And I really kind of encompass all of those views personally.
What I can tell you from my own experience is that it arises from beyond the thinking mind.
And that both myself as a channel and the one or ones who are receiving consistently feel something real.
Something in them shifting and something being touched at a level that the languages that we speak in our world just cannot reach.
The language of light is of the highest frequencies,
Which is love.
And it's love that heals us.
I want to just take a moment to share just a little of my own journey with light language.
I've been in the work of energy medicine or energy healing for over 20 years.
And I had not heard of light language.
This was about four years ago.
Until a friend of mine asked me one day,
She called me and asked if I had ever heard of it.
And I said,
No,
She had neither,
But she had recently been introduced to it by somebody,
Another channel.
And I was curious,
So I did a little Googling and I found a few videos of people channeling light language and I just kind of filed it away.
It's interesting.
It's okay.
But it wasn't something I was seeking out to try to learn how to do myself.
But what happened after that was about three weeks later,
I was just doing my own personal toning meditation,
Like toning of the chakras,
Our energy centers that each have a sound related to each one.
But I felt there was something in my throat more than just those sounds that wanted to be expressed.
So I started playing around and just allowing myself to kind of surrender into the experience.
And they started coming out and I thought,
Wow,
This must be that light language thing.
And it was.
And I was closeted with it for a while and then heard a light language.
One other thing that it does is it really opens up our intuition and enhances our psychic abilities.
And so I started,
I had always been kind of in tune with my clear senses,
But I was hearing very clearly direction that this is not just for you to use for your own self healing.
This is for you to share with clients.
And as of late,
And that's why I'm on Insight Timer,
A greater audience,
An audience globally that I can reach globally and connect with.
So what I do know now,
After four years of working with this gift,
Which is not a personal gift to me,
We all have this ability lying dormant within us.
It's become one of the most consistent pathways.
I have witnessed my own deep healing and those of people that I work with.
And it's the kind of healing that reaches below thought,
Deep into the body,
The energetic field,
And the soul itself.
You don't need to believe in it and you don't need to do anything.
It's really simply for you to just receive.
And in my recordings here on Insight Timer,
You'll find light language woven into many of them as I continue to put forth more recordings.
And sometimes it'll be a brief activation or woven throughout as I'm guided to.
Sometimes a longer transmission within a dedicated healing practice.
