Namaste everyone!
A very warm welcome to all of you in this daily live meditation session with me,
Dhyana Se.
We are meditating on 112 meditation techniques of Vigyan Bhairav Tantra.
As you listen to my voice,
What do you feel more than just the words that you hear?
More than just the sound that you hear?
Do you feel something more?
Do you feel some energy?
Do you feel a certain presence?
Ask yourself,
In this moment,
As you hear my voice,
What more do you feel?
What more do you sense beyond just few words?
Beyond just few sounds?
What do you sense?
Not just me,
Also,
As you are listening to this live,
As you are in this space with others,
Do you also feel and sense the presence of others who are meditating with you in these sessions?
Or is this just a thought that you are sitting here with others?
Is this just a thought?
Or is there a certain presence that you feel of others as well?
Ask yourself,
There is no right or wrong answer to that.
Ask yourself,
In this moment,
In your senses,
Do you feel a certain presence of me,
Of others who are meditating with you right now,
Right now,
At this time,
Wherever they are in the world,
Do you feel a certain presence?
Forget about me or other meditators,
People around you,
In the same space that you are in,
In your house,
Your family members,
Or if you are living alone,
Then the people around you,
Do you feel their presence?
Do you sense their presence?
Or is this just something,
An idea that they are there,
You know as information that they are there,
Their physical body is there,
You can interact with them,
But do you feel the presence?
Even taking this further,
Even if you are not concerned with others,
Just yourself,
When you right now sense yourself,
Do you sense the presence of yourself?
Or it is just a thought combined with the acceptance that you have this body?
The sense of yourself,
Is this only of the body and only of the mind,
Or this sense is somewhat bigger?
Do you feel your own presence right now as you hear what I have to say?
Do you feel the presence that you are there wherever you are,
More than just the body,
More than this lump of physical matter,
More than some ideas,
Some thoughts that are there somewhere happening which you call as my inner space,
Do you feel your own presence or not?
Ask yourself,
Contemplate on this.
Then ask,
Contemplate what is actually presence?
How do you define presence when you say I exist,
I am present?
What does that mean?
What is that presence?
What is that feeling of aliveness?
What is that sense of aliveness?
Is that sense only because you can move your body?
Is that sense only because you can have certain thoughts,
You can think logically,
Rationally,
Receive thoughts,
Send thoughts?
Ask yourself these questions.
These are very important fundamental contemplations which take you to who you really are,
Which open up the nature of your existence.
It takes you beyond all your learnings,
Beyond all your conditionings of our understanding of who we really are,
Of our presence as what it is,
As is it just the physical body or is it just the mind or is it something more?
And the answer to that has to be in your own experience,
Otherwise everything is a philosophy,
Everything is a concept.
There have been very interesting concepts all throughout centuries.
But unless in your own experience you validate your own presence when you say I am,
When you say I exist,
What does that mean?
Does that mean just the body,
Just the mind or something more?
Don't answer immediately out of the knowledge or the learning that you have gathered from books,
The secondary knowledge that you have gathered,
Don't answer immediately also saying I am awareness or I am this or I am that.
Feel in this moment,
In this very moment when you say I exist,
That existence,
That presence,
Where is that presence?
Is that presence only in this physical world of matter?
Is that presence only in the mind or somewhere else?
See that this is the source of so much wisdom.
The moment you enter this presence,
The moment you introspect,
You contemplate,
You meditate on your own presence,
It becomes the source of wisdom of so many things,
So many aspects of life,
So many dimensions of existence,
The reality of the nature and so on that you are completely shaken up by what you have already learned,
What you have already conditioned and what is the truth.
So to move and enter into the truth,
You must meditate,
Contemplate all by yourself without any support,
Without any guidance,
All by yourself asking this question in true honesty and answering this question with your meditation,
My presence,
What is my presence?
What is this presence that I call as myself?
Is this just the body or the mind or something more?
And with that you will also be able to relate to others when you say that you have somebody next to you,
What does that mean?
What is the presence of the other person?
See that now we are all having this interface,
This screen in between all of us,
Between every two human beings there is a screen,
There is this interface that blocks,
That is the only source of sharing a certain presence.
When you share this presence of yourself,
When you share yourself with your friends,
With your family,
With me,
With anybody through this screen,
What are you really sharing?
Few bits and bytes of information of the sound,
Of the visual,
Of the thought and so on.
But is this it to our existence?
If this would be it to our existence,
Even the physical body would not be needed.
If this would be enough that what you are is captured in bits and bytes of your voice,
Of your image,
Of your thoughts and that sharing would be enough,
Then why do we need this physical body?
Are we heading towards that scenario?
Are we unconsciously or who knows,
Consciously moving towards that place where even the physical body has no relevance,
Even the physical presence has no relevance and only what your thoughts are,
Only how you look like in an image,
What your sound sense is like in this digital transfer.
If this would be only your presence,
Then you can imagine the world where we are heading towards.
But in this contemplation,
I would like you to go back,
Take a step back and feel your presence.
Go back from this idea of the thought,
The idea of just the sound and the visual as somebody else to the presence of we human beings,
Living beings,
This presence which is first of all the obvious,
Which is there in the physical body.
Once you are back in your body,
Because right now you are not even living in your body,
You are living in this idea,
This interface through which you are sharing the so called yourself,
Your image,
Your sound and your thoughts.
Nothing else is really shared through this interface.
So take a step back to your body first.
Feel the presence of your body,
Feel the presence of other people's bodies that are around you.
When you are in your family,
When someone is next to you,
Give yourself a moment of awareness that there is another physical person next to you and not just something that you also start interacting through this interface.
Two people sitting on a dining table eating their own food and in their own worlds,
Maybe even interacting in this digital world,
The physical presence becoming almost irrelevant.
We have to take a step back to the physical presence and so much more,
Our presence is so much more than just the physical.
Let us take these few minutes of tantra session to go through what all presence that we have into this existence.
Is this just the physical or is there something more?
And that something more that non-physical,
We will very briefly explore this because we are so far away from exploring the non-physical presence of realizing,
Understanding the non-physical presence that we have in this existence.
We are yet still struggling with justifying the relevance of the physical presence first.
So we have put ourselves in a situation where first of all we need to come back to our body,
Come back to our physical presence,
Come back to the senses,
Come back to the touch,
To the smell,
To the taste and so on of ourselves and everyone around us,
The living,
Alive cosmos around us.
We have to once again go back to the physical and from there on retrace the path to the truth where we understand and exist in non-physical realms of reality,
Non-physical presence of who we really are.
Very briefly let me share what are these presences,
How you exist in different non-physical presences and we will meditate on one small aspect of it.
The topic can become very heavy,
The topic can become very esoteric.
So I request your openness to listen,
Simply be open to the ideas,
Take it as a thought,
Take it as a thought experiment and as you listen try to contemplate whether in your experience there would be a possibility of something like this or not.
Beyond your physical body,
The first non-physical presence that you have is the etheric presence of the etheric body.
There are seven layers,
Seven bodies,
Seven non-physical presences that you have and as the forgetfulness,
As the unconsciousness has grown into all of us,
We have completely forgotten our presence,
Our existence as these non-physical layers,
Non-physical bodies.
In this forgetfulness,
In this unconsciousness,
All these layers have become inactive and we have lost so much out of this existence,
So much out of this presence that was possible and right now we are so much confined to just the physical which is our physical body,
Which is our mind and now even that is becoming irrelevant with you just existing as a thought,
As your voice,
As your image through the screen.
So the first non-physical presence where you exist is the etheric body.
This body,
You can see this,
You can visualize this,
You can imagine this as a body of energy around your physical body.
Few inches around your physical body is this body of energy called the etheric body in wisdom traditions.
Through this etheric body,
All these energies,
Energy work of prana,
Of reiki,
Of chi,
All kinds of energy work,
It works on this body because this body is where your energies are lying and if there are issues that you are facing in life,
They can not only be traced to the physical body but also to your energy body.
How the energy flows in your body,
How the non-physical flows in you,
That is what this etheric body is all about.
This etheric presence is easier to feel when you are highly energized,
When you are highly charged,
You feel that there is something more,
You feel slightly bigger than your physical body.
Around your fingers in your hands,
Around your arms,
Around your body,
You feel a certain sensation,
A certain sense that there is something more which is non-physical.
That is your energy body,
That is your etheric body.
As you activate yourself,
As you once again release all what you have been carrying in you,
Once your energy body is once again restored to its health,
You will feel this all the time and not just in few moments of excitation.
The energy healers,
The energy workers,
This is the layer they access while they are working on you.
There is a lot of hocus pocus as well out there in the world in the name of energy work but the authentic energy work is done through this layer.
I see there is more to explain and less time.
I will stop right here and we meditate on this etheric body today and in tomorrow's session I will explain rest of the bodies.
Bhairava also says something in Vigyan Bhairava Tantra of significance in this regard.
Let us respect that and just listen to it for 30 seconds more before we sit in meditation,
Before we sit in silence.
Bhairava says,
O Bhairavi,
Enter etheric presence pervading far above and below your form.
So Bhairava also at this final stages of Tantra journey is also stating more esoteric facts,
Truths and encouraging Bhairavi,
Encouraging the meditator to explore more than just the physical.
He says,
O Bhairavi,
Enter etheric presence pervading far above and below your form.
So he is expecting that by now the meditator has meditated,
Has developed the skill of being in silence,
Of being in awareness to that extent that to expect to feel and sense and enter the etheric body is not asking too much.
How could you do that?
If you are an experienced meditator,
Simply take your awareness from the physical to the non-physical boundaries of yourself and you will start feeling this etheric body.
The colour through your inner eye,
Through the visualisation in front of your inner eye would be slightly blue in colour of this body and you will see this colour or you may not see this colour,
Just feel the presence of this etheric body.
If you are a beginner,
If you are new to meditation,
If you are new to all this,
I would encourage you to simply imagine a covering of blue light all around your body as your access to this etheric body through this meditation and from there on we will sit in silence,
We will sit in awareness.
We will sit for the next 15 minutes.
I apologise for taking more time but I hope we can sit for another 10-15 minutes in silence and meditate together on that.
Please take a posture that is comfortable for you.
Close your eyes.
Your body is not relaxed yet alert.
Even if you have a backrest,
Sitting on a chair,
On a cushion,
Even then try to be supportless.
The sense of your body being supportless,
Being in balance,
In a sense of lightness.
Your breath flowing naturally and your body relaxing in this flow of breath.
Your breath flowing naturally and your body relaxing in this flow of breath.
Collecting your awareness from all different directions.
Bringing it into this moment on yourself,
On your presence.
Your thought on your presence,
Your awareness on your presence,
All your energies on exploring your presence.
Feeling your physical body.
Feeling your body as one.
Not part by part.
As one.
Not part by part.
As one.
As one.
As your awareness settles on your body,
On the physical,
Shift this awareness to slightly beyond the body,
Outside the body a few inches.
You can take away this sensation into stable in this space.
It may help to imagine blue light all around your body.
It may help to imagine blue light all around your body.
Simply visualizing blue light around your body.
Awareness.
Few inches outside the physical.
Feeling the energy body.
Sensing.
You can see the blue light all around your body.
You can see the blue light all around your body.
As your awareness stays on this presence as energy body.
As etheric body.
Your energy restores,
Reorganizes.
And a certain healing happens in this awareness.
Allow the reorganization of energies.
You simply remain aware.
You can see the blue light all around your body.
And leave.
And leave all effort.
Move in silence.
No focus.
Only silence in awareness.
No focus.
No focus.
No focus.
Breathing in silence in awareness.
Breathing in presence.
Presence of yourself.
Presence of your loved ones.
Presence of all others who are sitting in silence in awareness in this moment.
Your presence of sharing this space with me.
Very gently and slowly.
You may open your eyes.
Maintaining the centeredness,
Silence,
Awareness and taking this presence that you realize.
That you reclaim in these moments to your daily life.
In whatever aspects of your life you engage yourself in taking this presence of yourself in these moments.

I donโt normally engage with guided meditations from men (due to past trauma, I normally feel more comfortable being in vulnerable states guided by women) but you are able to bring be to a deeper state of being and resolve some of that trauma in the process. Thank you ๐๐พ
