Remind Me... I Am Light, I Am Love

This is a guided track that may be used for meditation, savasana, yoga nidra for sleeping, deep relaxation, as well as prayerful contemplation. It reminds you that you are loved, you are protected, you are in the arms of divine love, and your angels are near. It will bring deep peace to your heart and soul. It was inspired by Paramahansa Yogananda's Metaphysical Meditations and done with love.

Peace flows through my heart and blows through me like a zephyr.

Peace fills me like a fragrance.

Peace runs through me like rays of the sun.

Peace dissolves the noise of worries.

Peace burns through all my disquietude.

Peace expands and fills my heart with joy,

With love,

With light.

I am still within.

I am peace.

And my silence,

Like an expanding sphere,

Expands and spreads out everywhere.

My silence spreads out like eagle's wings,

Above and below,

Left and right,

Within and without.

My silence,

Like the ether,

Passes through everything,

Carrying the songs of the earth,

The atoms,

The stars,

Into the expanse of divine spirit.
