Feel it expand in your lungs.

Against the sides and the back of your ribcage.
With each inhale,
Feel your breath expanding down toward your diaphragm.
Letting it go completely each time.
Letting each breath restore every cell of your body.
As you continue to settle in,
Allow your breath to find its own natural rhythm.
Without forcing it,
Allow the space between the in-breath and the out-breath to become longer and more expansive.
And now,
Feel that you are breathing awareness into the depths of every molecule of your body.
Feel that you are breathing awareness into your chest,
Into the hollow of your lungs.
And allow them to expand and contract with your rhythmic inhales and exhales.
Feel that you are breathing awareness into the depths of your navel center as you breathe to the bottom of your abdomen.
Feel that you are breathing awareness into the thousands of energy channels that run through your body.
Let them be revitalized by your every conscious breath.
Feel that you are breathing awareness into your bloodstream as you breathe deeply into every nook and cranny and crevice of your body.
Feel that you are breathing awareness into your senses as your conscious breathing enlivens and awakens every cell of your being.
Feel that you are breathing awareness into the auric field which surrounds you and protects you as each conscious breath continues to expand it.
