Healing circle.
The following meditation is a guided practice that will help you heal any relationship where you have imbalance,
Conflict,
Disharmony or any kind of dynamics that bring pain and hurt and misunderstanding.
This is a very deep healing process that will help you uncover and resolve child wounds within yourself and also help resolve child wounds within a partner or anyone that you're in relationship with and that you want to help and support.
So let's begin.
If you'll find a comfortable place where you can either sit or lie down.
Once you're there,
If you'll begin by intending to relax.
Relaxing your body.
Relaxing your mind.
Relaxing your emotions.
Relaxing your energy.
Simply allowing yourself to let go of anything that you may be carrying so that you can move deeper into your subconscious mind.
Both intending and choosing again and again to relax.
Now as you relax more and more,
Feel your body continuing to relax more and more by choice.
Observing how much more relaxed your breath can become as you intend and choose to relax.
Now as you continue to intend to relax,
To breathe yourself into this relaxation,
To move deeper and deeper into relaxation by choice.
If you'll think about someone,
Either a partner or anyone in your life that you tend to have conflicts with,
Disharmony with,
Anyone that you tend to get triggered by.
And if you imagine them in your mind's eyes while remaining relaxed.
See intending and choosing to relax in the midst of any triggers.
Now imagine or feel yourself to be sitting in a circle.
And you're at the very center of this circle,
In this circle of wholeness,
Of unity,
Of oneness.
And as you sit in this circle,
As you imagine or feel yourself stepping into this circle and sitting at the center,
If you realize that the circle that you just stepped in is a sacred space of healing,
Of wholeness,
Of oneness and harmony.
And as you sit in this circle,
Imagine or feel that all around you are the different child parts of the person that you're bringing up right now in your awareness,
With the intention of healing your relationship with them.
Bringing your wounds and their wounds through this process,
This wholesome holistic process of relationship.
So if you'll take a moment to feel for yourself the different child parts,
The different parts of this person sitting all around you.
Those child parts being representations of their patterns,
Of their programs,
Their conditioning.
Their idiosyncrasies.
All of their judgments and fears,
Expectations,
Beliefs,
Patterns that trigger you.
And if you'll allow yourself to vulnerability,
Put a face on those parts.
To evaluate,
To feel what part of this person is playing out in those patterns,
In those different ways that trigger you.
And part by part becoming aware of what age this part might be.
Maybe it's a two year old,
Maybe a five year old,
A ten year old.
And as you sit in the center of the circle and you become aware of the child parts of this person.
The child parts that have recorded pain and hurt and that sometimes make decisions and act from those parts that are in pain and hurt.
And if you'll notice the innocence as well as the hurt that this child part is experiencing in life.
If you'll see their pain and their innocence.
If you'll realize completely in your heart that they are doing their very best.
The very best that a two year old or a five year old or a ten year old can do in the midst of pain and suffering.
It just lives.
And if you'll feel your heart open to them.
Feeling compassion.
Accepting and forgiving each of these parts.
And if that would help you can ask for each of these parts to step forward into the circle and face to face with you.
To sit in front of you in the center of the circle.
And you can offer each part as it comes into the circle and sits in front of you.
Your complete acceptance.
Your complete forgiveness.
Your compassion for their hurt.
And you can share this feeling of unconditional love with them.
Choosing in this moment in this sacred space in this healing circle to share,
To embody.
To be unconditionally loving.
As you cultivate and embody this unconditional love.
And being healed through this process.
And as more and more of the energy of unconditional love is cultivated in this healing circle.
The frequency.
The energy of this sacred space continues to rise higher and higher.
Allowing for your child wounds and their child wounds to heal.
More and more deeply.
More and more completely.
And you continue to invite each part,
Each child part of this person that has triggered hurting you pain suffering patterns.
Offering acceptance,
Forgiveness,
Compassion and unconditional love to each and every part.
Allowing for your child wounds and their child wounds to heal.
Feeling your connection to this person.
More and more loving.
More and more caring and compassionate.
Choosing to create and cultivate this circle of healing and trust.
Between you and them.
So that your heart and their heart are connected through this unconditional love.
Feeling them and feeling yourself raised through this unconditional love,
Through this sacred space of acceptance,
Forgiveness,
Compassion and love.
Feeling their wounds and your wounds healing through this process.
And knowing in your heart that you can come back to this sacred space anytime you choose.
A sacred space where you honor yourself and you honor them.
A sacred space where all misinterpretations,
Distrust,
Lack of acceptance can dissolve.
A sacred space where all misinterpretations can dissolve.
A sacred space where you and they are always residing.
A sacred space where the ego dissolves.
And you find yourself in a state of unconditional love towards yourself and others.
A sacred space where everything is forgiven because everything is understood.
A sacred space that you can visit anytime.
Your own sacred space of healing,
Of honoring.
And as you continue to sit in the center of this sacred space of this healing circle.
Feeling,
Choosing unconditional love.
Feel sense,
See.
Light emanating from your heart beaming.
Towards all of the child parts of this person that you're choosing to heal your relationship with.
This whole sacred space filled with this love,
With this light.
Feeling your entire being and their being.
All of their child parts filled with this light.
Filled with this love.
Raising the energy,
The frequency of your relationship with this person.
Simply by understanding and shifting your focus to unconditional love.
And if you'll bring this feeling,
This energy into your being,
Into your body.
Into the time that you're in,
Into the space that you're in and realize that this sacred space is always here within you.
When you choose to bring your awareness,
Your focus on this space of complete acceptance,
Forgiveness,
Compassion and unconditional love.
And feeling what that feels like in your eyes,
In your head,
In your neck,
In your chest,
Your back,
Your arms,
Your hands.
In your hips.
Your pelvis.
Pelvic floor,
Legs,
Feet.
Embodying this energy,
This sacred space within,
The sacred space of your body.
Bringing this energy into your mind,
Into your thoughts,
Into your emotions,
Into your words.
Into all of your interpretations of reality.
Filling your temple and filling your sacred space within you and all around you with this unconditional love.
And choosing to live there all of the time.
Simply because that is the only place to live.
Because it is the only place that truly exists.
And so as you embody this energy of unconditional love,
The sacredness of it.
If you'll gently open your eyes and let yourself feel and radiate this unconditional love all around you.
So that all of your interactions with the world may be filled with this love.
And only this love.
And only this love.
