Focusing on the inhale,
As you breathe in gently through the nose,
Following that breath down into your body,
Allowing that breath to ground you into your body.
There's nothing you need to achieve here,
Only notice,
Only breathe,
And ask this simple question,
How can I ground into my body right now?
You don't need to find the answer in your mind,
Just feel what your body shows you.
Breathe in through the nose,
Follow that breath down into your body,
And ask,
How can I ground deeper into my body right now?
With every third or fourth breath through the nose,
Ask the question again,
And just feel what comes through your body.
Let's take a few moments to just sit in some silence with this question,
Into my body right now.
How can I ground into my body right now?
Into my body.
Let this question stay with you today.
No need to rush to clarity or discovery.
Simply be with this grounded presence,
As it reveals the next step into the next moment.
And when you're ready,
Slowly come back into your body,
Back into that beautiful mind,
Opening up your eyes,
And just noticing how you feel in the totality of this moment.
