Stillness Today Live - Releasing To Manifest

In this recording from my Insight Timer Live session we will be in contemplation and meditation around the power of releasing in order to manifest that which we want to call it into our lives with ease, joy and divine timing. How can you call it in without force and wasted energy, leaving you drained?

Do you dare to believe that what you want is also wanting you?

The genuine desires of your heart are the sacred purpose of the soul.

Yet if you have been shamed,

Judged,

Made to feel guilt over or denied your natural desires or pleasures in any way,

You may have developed a very tricky and complicated relationship with the yearnings of your heart.

We often learn to distrust our own desires and come to believe that they are something to be overcome or avoided.

We may even try to want second best,

Disbelieving that we are worthy of our first choice,

Of what we really genuinely want and would fulfill us deeply.

Perhaps we have conditioned ourselves to believe that getting what we want is for others,

Not us.

How important is pleasure to our mental and physical health and yet somehow society has taught us to resist.

What are your deep desires?

Now this is my viewpoint and only my viewpoint and please understand it is a space that I reference as my truth.

I believe that our society,

Well let me start here,

I have a core fundamental belief that there is a singularity to the entire game that we're all playing.

And if there's a singularity,

Meaning a source to which is in all things and a source that created all things that is outside of our understanding of time space and all of these other things,

That our collective one,

When we say somehow society has taught us to resist,

I believe some of that resisting is merely out of the duality of our experience.

We have these human brains that come from flight or fight for the sake of our safety,

For the sake of our protection,

For the sake of our survival.

And as we have developed the frontal cortex of our brain we have misused shadow to control.

I view it like a parent.

In fact probably those things that we desired at a young age were very much influenced into a state of resistance or denial from our individuals that gave birth to us or created us that we call parents.

I have them and I know that is true for me.

And yet if I sat down with my mom and I said mom why did you choose to not allow me to just move into entrepreneurship and why did you choose to insist the because I said so that I go to college and for me as someone who knew I would move into business and entrepreneurship,

Why mom did you want me to go to college?

Now was she truly denying what I wanted?

No,

For her she was protecting me because our collective says that in the Western culture at least in many parts of the world we say that education matters and our type of education matters and our systems matter.

We can go down a very interesting rabbit hole which we won't do tonight as to why those systems were built but nonetheless again coming from that state of evolution,

Progress,

Moving forward.

There have been gifts that have come out of these societal things and for individuals when we think that we know best for the other and it's out of protection instead of inspiration,

When it's out of fear instead of desire to see that person shine,

When we don't and we haven't been taught how to accelerate one's gifts but we have taught how to place them into boxes because those boxes are comfortable then fear out of love has created a resistance around that which we knew since we were young or we discovered at some point in time throughout our journey that we wanted but because there was shame,

Because there was that which is projected onto us sometimes out of love,

Sometimes out of hate,

Sometimes out of fear.

Even love has a shadow state so the mother that keeps you from shining and is doing it because she's afraid that that isn't your right path it's a tricky little circle but nonetheless at some point in time as a quote unquote adult I don't know if I've quite reached that state yet nor do I care that I want to whatever adulting means but nonetheless as I realize that which is happening around me that which I am calling into my life is solely my responsibility then I need to sit down and stare at what was and begin to release it in order to create space for that which I want.

I can no longer blame other at that point in the minute I can stop blaming other I can call in that which I desire.

I can dig deeper to find the core essence of that which I have desired maybe for a long time and I can fearlessly or even through fear even harnessing fear to drive me in the direction of that desire.

Michelle I love this I love these comments I went down a rabbit hole a couple days ago around the idea of being oppressed and I'm gonna try not to go down that rabbit hole today but I will have that up as a recording I do not think that there is a singularity that is keeping us out of our greatness I think we have collectively chose that and I believe that we also collectively have a choice no one is stopping me from my greatness I know that with absolute certainty that might not be the case in other parts of the world because it is significantly harder but no one is stopping me from my greatness nothing is oppressing me and I am so blessed as a human in the United States to have that ability I cannot speak for most of the world but I do know that we have the ability here and because of that I think that we can begin to birth new as long as we avoid what I believe is our most shadow state in our country and that is complacency and comfort complacency and comfort I think are the trickiest of all the shadows that have kept us from truly creating change in our own lives thus helping advance the world in a less shadow state remember that if you have people in your life who are shutting you down suggesting that what you want is not possible or that you are aiming too high then they need this healing to notice it did not say release them or cut them out of your life although that is definitely an option sometimes the path of least resistance but it does say they need this healing to be perhaps you can inspire them by giving yourself permission to heal perhaps you can inspire them by giving yourself permission to heal this will naturally open them to the idea that they could give themselves permission to know and fulfill their unique desires to whether someone chooses to be inspired by you or be fearful of your innate creative power is completely up to them I'm gonna read your comment here in a second Christine this Oracle brings you the message that whether you see it coming or not your desire is already on its way it is closer than you think and soon you will be able to see it touch it feel it and enjoy it you will then become inspired for your next manifestation based on the true desires of the heart I'm gonna take a minute to read this real quick oh wow there you go there's your blue butterfly she says this is the first time listening to you and I asked the universe to show me a blue butterfly if I should move forward with my passion regardless of the butterfly my answer is yes I'll speak on behalf of the entire universe for just this once and say move on with that passion but here's the butterfly to ask to see this by the weekend oh wow so it came quick you've seen several including the one behind me amazing amazing amazing amazing Christine I'll tell you and you're gonna hear me say this a lot and it was a dear friend of mine that sat me down probably ten years ago and it was very impactful and I knew this person well for 30-plus years he's a world-renowned coach and leader and works with lots of leaders from athletes to celebrities that you name it and to two business leaders so while we don't know each other please know that I mean this with all of my heart and although all the love that I can give you I do not mean this harshly but it was a very impactful statement you say I have so much fear and judgment that keeps you from pursuing your passion and I can assure you you do not get to be special in the reasons you're not pursuing your passion he sat me down and said Devon you don't get to be special in your problems you do get to be special in the way you want to shine we all have things that can prevent us from being great we all have reasons and and and resistance and fears and and stories that can keep us from shining the key is to understand that those things are there because we're human I mean it's the human experience to experience those states of mind and being and to have the rapids on the river of life how you ride the rapid determines the outcome of life if you throw your hands up and no matter how scary the rapid is if you if you throw your hands up on that river when you're coming to a rapid and you know that rapid is going to be a big one throw your hands up and enjoy the rat easier said than done but it is always there to enjoy the rapids I in fact personally believe that the shadow states that shadow states the the rapids on the river are way more exciting if you allow them to be then trying to seek out the lazy river nobody pays well that's not true if you go to a water park you pay for a lazy river but you don't go up in the mountains of Colorado and pay for a river rafting guide to guide you down a lazy river you pay for the rapids you pay for the scary part that's life I've no doubt that you get that I can feel it so do it move forward with your passion in fact I want to hear what your passion is reach out to me and and and go to bring you into moving these desires out into the manifesting state and into materialization so this brings me to these eight steps first we have no thing nothing there was no idea there was no passion that I knew of and then usually chaos is step two and force is step two not the kind of force where I'm trying to make it happen but chaos itself some sort of dis-ease in life some sort of disturbance some sort of I was going in this direction and then all the sudden I might have been ignoring a calling ignoring the messages and there is a disturbance there is chaos that usually takes place in the beginning of time there was the big bang right it's chaos has always been there chaos will always be there in the process of creation so it goes from no thing to chaos and then that chaos allows for us particularly as humans creating on this particular planet that chaos allows for us to ask questions why is this happening what about this chaos is creating a message to to to move into stage three which is ideation from holding an idea when an idea resonates with you long enough and it sit with that idea and you're drawing and mapping out and painting or doing whatever you're doing on that idea you hold that frequency long enough it in fact turns into a frequency you're carrying that frequency with you it's out into the world it is released chemicals and you have focus on it so your mind is focusing on it your heart is focusing on it and calling it in and there are chemicals that are getting released an electromagnetic field that's going out of the world creating this frequency if you hold that frequency long enough and you keep that volume turned up then it is in wave form this is where sacred geometry kicks in this is where the architecture behind it all starts starts to come into play Christine you just talked about it you so I would be willing to bet the avoidance of pursuing your passion created a disturbance a chaotic state that allowed for you to go all right if I am supposed to pursue this passion show me a sign you asked a question and you stated well the sign needs to be a blue butterfly and then all of a sudden you start seeing blue butterflies everywhere that is not because the world created more blue butterflies just for you it is because your mind started recognizing it and equally as important there isn't that you tuned in to the radio station there's a specific frequency you started creating that turned into a wave and that wave started calling things back to you that is manifestation as the wave step 6 moves into the manifestation piece that wave is now being recognized by other things that's where synchronicities and signs and people start showing up in your life or blue butterflies start showing up in your life for confirmation that you're on the right path as that wave starts taking place and as you move into manifestation then we move to the most boring part and the most boring part is in fact the materialized form it's super fun to get the thing super fun to create the thing and see it in material in materialized form but 9 out of 10 times when we materialize that thing our very next question is alright what's next and we miss the entire journey because most of us are so focused on the materialized aspect of it instead of dancing and playing in the creation of it all playing in the chaos playing in the vibration of it playing in the clarity playing in the fun and the dance playing with the the waves and creating an even stronger song to see what is called into your life seeing how many blue butterflies can show up as confirmation just merely that you are being moved in the right direction down this river of light I love all these kinds so let's quickly take a look at the shadow and the gift the gift of strength which it takes strength to choose your passion to move in the direction of your desire and the shadow being force I'll read from the wisdom keepers first this Oracle deck and the card that was pulled was in fact strength this is an awesome fun card and here it states I come to acknowledge your strength and to ask you to purify your heart by liberating yourself from the war in your mind stillness of the mind be careful not to make not to mistake the people around you for your enemies your true enemies are your own misguided thoughts your reactive emotions and everything in you that wrestles you away from your present moment it's time to stop trying to force things to go a certain way just because your mind tells you so stay open to set to outside influence stay open to outside influence keep tuning in to that natural world around you listen for the flow of life and you shall tap into it there is an inexhaustible reservoir in inner strength deep inside your belly and inside your heart it is greater than you can possibly imagine there's a summary here real quick of force versus flow when the shadow of force gives way to the gift of strength a truly beautiful archetype emerges human strength what is fascinating about the connection between the shadow and the gift is an incredibly fine line between these two activations of the same essential energy the difference between the shadow of force and the gift of strength is both minuscule and enormous the gift of strength employs the same terrific primal vitality that the shadow does the difference is in the activities that you take and the correct timing the result is creative manifestation in alignment with the force that always catches the attention and praise of others when we see people doing extremely powerful things on the planet creating incredible pieces of art or music or businesses or whatever it is you admire the same thing that to the outsider that looks like force usually is a state of allowing receiving if I and the receiver of all things in at all times and the giver of gratitude for all things received I am allowing this force of creation the force of creation the force of creation to flow through me I am then in divine timing divine alignment and taking divine action according to what is flowing in and through me if I am in the mind thinking caught up in a busyness a state of distractedness from this inner knowing then and trying to create something I have a tendency to move into a forceful nature a primal nature that was built for humans based on survival and survival is important however survival while trying to create something survival is more of a shadow state it's based on fear and survival does not allow it actually blocks and creates resistance as Abraham Hicks talks about it's like putting a engine on two sides of the same train I start creating momentum in one direction and I start ideating and I really truly get caught up in the process of creativity and bringing forth the idea that I want to to materialize the minute I stop allowing that fluidity to come through me that creativity to come through me that divine inspiration as soon as I stopped allowing and I think it's all about me and I create separateness from that one force then I place a engine on the other side of the train and it can't move anywhere Holly that's a great statement when you realize there is nothing lacking the whole world belongs to you correct there's so many great statements here sorry for me to stay here and speak to what's coming through and read all of these it's so good make sure you're reading these comments too because this is not this is not the Devin show this is all of us coming together all of us coming together to express to serve based on this topic that was brought to us as I pulled cards on manifest now the question is what should you be releasing in order to make room for this frequency of allowing what can you release that used to paralyze you on the river of life that that had you tucking into the boat afraid of those rapids as they would come in this thing called life what do you need to release in order to create space for joy and allowing and fluidity and divine inspiration maybe there are areas in your body that tighten up as you think about those things that you have suppressed those desires that you have ignored for so long and those areas are telling you in terms of muscle memory that you have some releasing to do maybe it is harnessing the gifts of so many talented people on this app to move into meditation to begin and or continue the process of stilling the mind so you can hear that passion or desire again who in your life needs to see you act in divine inspiration move into divine inspiration move into loving creation to shine so that they no longer hold themselves back either look at all these amazing people I'm just taking all of you in as we have this conversation and sitting with all of these energies of creating there is a misnomer that shining means you have to do something world-changing huge I don't believe that is true although if you're called to try don't try do it if not you who but for some here it's merely calling in your artistic talents to paint something it's to allow yourself the freedom to express all that you are with out apologizing for it's to realize and be present in the idea that you have always been enough that doesn't mean stop creating doesn't mean stop expressing it means that the divine in you has always been there and is just merely patiently waiting for your ego to take a backseat so that you can sit and have coffee with a friend in pure bliss and joy to be here now in this moment listening to this particular conversation from this person in Denver Colorado and to to practice the idea that I can feel you all the way over here I can sense your sadness or your joy or your grief or your frustration or your love or your divinity all our experiences that I can pick up on that what you want to call into your world does not need to be massive giant world-changing it can be if you are called to that but maybe that deep deep deep desire inside of you that that expression of complete passion comes in the form of creativity or sexuality or spirituality spirituality maybe there is a desire within you that has been bubbling up forever that is asking you to to express it maybe for the first time and what is it we need to release in order to make room to call that in thank you for those hearts as always running over in time whatever time is thank you for sticking with me it is fear I would love for you to dig a little deeper and discover what is driving that fear or what fear is telling you holy thank you I look forward to these topics too I get to sit here and it's such a weird thing to stare at myself and look at you guys floating by I'd rather see you guys floating by then have to look at me the whole time but whatever works and nonetheless it's maybe better because I feel as though I am constantly hearing this message speaking to myself how can I shine brighter what is the true desire true passion that can shine through me in order to move anyone not because the ego in me needs that kind of fulfillment but because I am called to be here to speak to articulate in hopes it resonates one little spark one little spark one little spark at a time what's that spark gets going and we can get back together and I can pour fuel on that spark that spark turns into a fire and I can assure you people will come from miles to watch you burn when you are on fire for that that thing that you want when you're on fire with that desire from within and how desperately this world needs your light and your embracing of the shadow not running from you're remembering that both serve you again when you light that spark and then you go and you have coffee with that friend and that friend feels the change within you they will change not because there's something wrong with them but because they see the spark and that spark ignites a spark within them and then all the sudden it continues on and on and on the ripple effect is beyond our wildest imagination may we together in this moment make a declaration of no longer accepting complacency or comfort over our divinity and our spark if you feel that truth let me see it I abundance open up to releasing these things in and through you so that we can create significant change on this planet there is comfort and distractions I feel you Lisa I feel it all just just do it
