Walking Meditation
Lace up your walking shoes and listen to this guided walking meditation...move your body and quiet your mind as you focus on the rhythms of your steps and breath. Walk for 12 minutes by following the meditation, or pause the meditation when directed to walk for as long as you wish. When you are ready to conclude your walk, complete the remainder of the practice.
