This meditation will nurture your intuition and foresight.
We will raise your openness and imagination so that you can access clear thought,
Self-awareness and higher wisdom.
I will take you on a journey to meet your spirit of intuition.
The third eye chakra or Ajna is located on your forehead between your eyebrows.
Its fundamental right is to see.
The color it is associated with is indigo.
Find a quiet place and create your space using the color indigo,
Third eye gemstones,
Essential oils,
Herbs before doing this practice.
Do this with intention.
Lie down on your yoga mat and place your crystal on your third eye.
We will be using breath work to calm and center ourselves before connecting to your spirit of intuition.
This meditation is a journey into your imagination.
For some it might be like the color movie.
For others you may not see anything at all.
Whatever happens for you is correct.
Know that you are loved.
Know that you are safe.
Know that you are held.
Now place your right hand on your heart and your left hand on your belly.
Close your eyes.
We will be breathing in and out through your nose.
Start to notice your breath as it comes in and out.
Imagine you are breathing right down into your belly as your left hand rises.
Your right doesn't move.
As you exhale your left hand falls.
Inhale belly rises.

Hands by your side and continue to notice your breath as we move into the meditation.
Go within to that place of inner quiet.
Let go of any thoughts and distractions.
If any thoughts come in,
Allow them to go out with your exhalation.
Feel the weight of your body being completely supported by the earth below.
Knowing that you are safe and held.
With each inhalation and exhalation,
Allow yourself to become more relaxed,
More comfortable,
More at peace.
I invite you to imagine you are standing in front of a door.
Take a moment to look at this door.
What is it made of?
What is the texture?
Does it have a frame?
What is the size?
Does it have a color?
Is there anything written on it?
Take time to explore the door.
Reach out and touch this door.
What does it feel like beneath your fingertips?
Behind this door is the place where your spirit of intuition lives.
It's a place where you feel guided and inspired by an infinite source of wisdom that is around you.
Let's open the door and enter the place where your spirit of intuition lives.
Take a moment to look around you.
What do you notice?
Are you in a large space or small?
Are you inside or outside?
What is around you?
Explore.
Take a moment to see your surroundings and notice what it feels like to be here and bring your attention to this moment.
There is nowhere else where you need to be right now.
There is nothing to distract you,
Nothing to fix or change.
Everything is in divine order.
Your full attention is here.
Let this meditation guide you.
Now call out and ask your spirit of intuition to join you.

Visualize what you were wearing,
Visualize where you were,
Feel what it feels like to sense this wisdom and where does this sensation sit in your body.
In this place with your spirit of intuition,
You feel connected to your deepest inner knowing.
You feel your vision has been activated.
In this place with your spirit of intuition,
You feel deeply loved and deeply supported in a way that is needed for you in this moment.
In this place where your spirit of intuition lives,
The noise of doubt is silenced and your voice of inner knowing is clear.
Your spirit of intuition is connected to Source.
May you know and hear this divine voice.
Ask yourself what do you know to be true.
Feel the curiosity pulsing through your body as an indigo light radiating from your third eye as you feel safe enough to explore this place where your spirit of intuition lives.
This indigo light extends out of your third eye and around you in a circular form.
It expands out into the universe and it returns,
Falling down around you as a soft blanket,
Gently covering your body.
It washes over you as you bathe in this warm indigo light that is flowing from your third eye chakra.
It is deepening your connection with your spirit of intuition.
It is nurturing your ability to see yourself clearly.
You are an open,
Imaginative,
Self-aware being filled with higher wisdom,
Intuition and foresight.
When we can clearly see ourselves,
We can see others in the same light.
We are open.
Our thoughts are clear.
We are self-aware and our knowledge is of a higher wisdom.
Now that your connection to your third eye is open,
Ask yourself where in your life you could use additional insight right now.
Imagine the deep indigo light radiating from your third eye.
It expands out and around your head.
You can see in all directions with this ray of indigo light as it extends out into the universe.
Set the intention to receive wisdom for your highest good,
Wisdom that is a vibrational match for your destiny.
What does your intuition want to tell you?
What will you do with what you've learned?
How will you integrate this wisdom?
Give yourself the gift of time to explore what you've seen and heard here today without judgment.
Treat yourself with compassion and trust.
You have an infinite source of knowledge available to you.
Trust that it will come to you at the right time.
You are home.
With gratitude and an activated third eye,
