This meditation will nurture your love energy center,
Expand your heart space and welcome in the love that surrounds you.
I will take you on a journey to meet your love energy.
The Heart Chakra or Anahata is located at the center of your chest.
Its fundamental right is to love.
The color it is associated with is green.
Find a quiet place and create your space using the color green,
Heart Chakra gemstones,
Essential oils and herbs before doing this practice.
Do this with intention.
Lie down on your yoga mat and place your crystal at your Heart Chakra.
We will be using breathwork to calm and center ourselves before connecting to our love energy.
This meditation is a journey into your imagination.
For some it might be like a color movie.
For others you may not see anything at all.
Whatever happens for you is correct.
Know that you are loved.
Know that you are safe.
Know that you are held.
Now place your right hand on your heart and your left hand on your belly.
Close your eyes.
We will be breathing in and out through your nose.
Start to notice your breath as it comes in and out.
Imagine you are breathing right down into your belly as your left hand rises.
Your right doesn't move.
As you exhale your left hand falls.

Eyes are closed,
Breathing is normal,
Body is relaxed.
Hands by your side and continue to notice your breath as we move into the meditation.
Go within to that place of inner quiet.
Let go of any thoughts and distractions.
If any thoughts come in,
Allow them to go out with your exhalation.
Feel the weight of your body being completely supported by the earth below,
Knowing that you are safe and held.
And with each inhalation and exhalation,
Allow yourself to become more relaxed,
More comfortable,
More at peace.
I invite you to imagine you are standing in front of a door.
Take a moment to look at this door.
What is it made of?
What is the texture?
Does it have a frame?
What is the size?
Does it have a color?
Is there anything written on it?
Take time to explore the door.
Reach out and touch this door.
What does it feel like beneath your fingertips?
Behind this door is the place where your love energy lives.
It's a place where you feel open to loving yourself and others.
It's a place of deep,
Compassionate and unconditional love.
Just open the door and enter the place where your love energy lives.
Take a moment to look around you.
What do you notice?
Are you in a large space or small?
Are you inside or outside?
What is around you?
What is it?
Take a moment to see your surroundings and notice what it feels like to be here and bring your attention to this moment.
There is nowhere else where you need to be right now.
There is nothing to distract you,
Nothing to fix or change.
Everything is in divine order.
Your full attention is here.
Let this meditation guide you.
Now call out and ask your love energy to join you.
What do you notice?
Are there any sensations?
Does your love energy have a shape or a form?
Is there anything else around you?
Take a moment to embrace your love energy as you would a child and feel what it feels like to be open to love from yourself and those around you in this place where your love energy lives.
Feel the compassionate and unconditional love that flows around you and through you.
As you take rest from this interaction,
Let us recall a moment in your life when you experienced deep love or when you have felt the most seen,
Valued and appreciated.
Now bring that love energy into your heart chakra.
Hold it there for a moment.
Feel the vibration of the love energy.
Let us now send this love energy to every part of your body as a wave of loving green light.
Let it start to flow from your heart space.
This love energy that is so nourishing and filled with possibility starts to take over your body.
Bring your attention to your head.
Notice this liquid green love light seeping deep into you with the sensations of compassionate and unconditional love.
Move down through your shoulders,
Through your arms and into your fingertips.
Notice this liquid green love light seeping deep into you,
The sensations of compassionate and unconditional love.
Now bring your attention to your chest and heart area.
Notice this liquid green love light seeping deep into you with the sensations of compassionate and unconditional love.
Move slowly to your stomach.
Notice this liquid green love light seeping deep into you with the sensations of compassionate and unconditional love.
Move down to your pelvis and notice this liquid green love light seeping deep into you with the sensations of compassionate and unconditional love.
Move into your thighs and notice this liquid green love light seeping deep into you with the sensations of compassionate and unconditional love.
Move further down into your calves,
Feet and toes and notice this liquid green love light seeping deep into you with the sensations of compassionate and unconditional love.
Now that we have filled your body with compassionate and unconditional love energy from your heart space,
Feel it vibrating over and around you.
Feel what it feels like to be in a state of love.
Love is the most powerful energy in the universe and with this power we can create what we seek for ourselves.
Use this love energy vibration to heal yourself.
Allow this love energy to expand your heart space as it radiates from your heart chakra in this place of compassionate and unconditional love.
Release past hurts that no longer are needed as they no longer serve you and send them into this love energy light.
In this place of compassionate and unconditional love let go of any fear or resistance to releasing your past hurts and send them into the light for your highest good.
Be fully ready to welcome in the love that surrounds you.
Shower yourself with this unselfish offering from the energy that is compassionate and unconditional love.
You are now in alignment with your love energy vibration.
Love is all that matters.
It lives within you and around you.
Send your love energy out into the world to all who may need it.
We send to those we know and to those we don't.
You are open to loving yourself and others from this place of deep compassion and unconditional love.
It lives within you and it is in limitless supply.
It is all around you.
It runs through your veins filling every corner of your being.
Notice as you are sending out love energy that you are also receiving love energy from those around you.
This sensation begins to fill your every cell and with it you begin to feel the warm deep sensations of unconditional compassionate love energy throughout your body.
It's vibrating through and around you.
From this place of healed wholeness you emerge renewed with love energy and you are ready to bring into being what you desire.
Exhale any hesitation.
Know that you are worthy of this love.
Believe it with an open heart and be ready to release it back into the world as the gift that it is.
You are so very loved.
You are so very blessed.
You are so very blessed in every way with unconditional love energy as it is in limitless supply.
As this experience begins to imprint into your cellular memory today you have physically experienced love energy vibration deep affection compassion and unconditional love.
Let us acknowledge and truly accept the vibration of this energy for our highest good.

Slowly start to bring your awareness back to your body.
Begin with your breath.
Breathing slowly and deeply.
Wiggle your fingers and toes and move your ankles.
Take it slow as you feel yourself return to the room.
This is a practice of nurturing a greater connection with yourself.
The more you do this meditation the stronger your connection to your heart chakra will be.
