Let's settle into our seats.

You can take this time to get comfortable.

Take one deep breath in and exhale,

Allowing your body to relax,

Your muscles to ease,

Finding your natural rhythm of breath.

Let's imagine a healing light with ombre colors of peach or yellow.

Imagining this light with your mind's eye beaming over the top of your head,

Coating the outside of your body with a layer of protection and love.

You are safe here.

This light is cradling and embracing you exactly as you are.

In this next inhale,

Connect with your shoulders and chest.

Are you experiencing any tension?

As you're breathing into this tension,

Let the light pour into this area slowly and softly as you exhale to release the tension.

I'll continue to move down into our bodies,

Checking in on any areas that may be holding tension.

You can tune into your belly.

Is it tight?

If so,

Release,

Allowing the light to pour into that tension spot,

Easing,

Lightening your body.

Move down towards your womb area,

Down towards your thighs,

To your knees,

Letting the light pour into the lower half of your body,

Into your ankles and your toes.

This light is your divine cleanser,

Supporting you,

Holding you,

Releasing the tension that's stored.

Allow your breath to guide you.

If you ever sense your mind wandering off,

Connect back to your breath.

Now you can take this time to ask your body,

What do you need right now?

How can I show up and serve you?

Listen to any and all messages that come up.

It can be colors,

Phrases,

Or symbols,

Allowing your heart to open to the truth.

What is it that you need right now?

As you've taken note of your body's messages,

We'll connect with your heart.

I want you to take a moment to place your less dominant hand onto your heart and ask it,

Dear heart,

Thank you for showing up for me every day as you do lovingly.

What truths have you been holding on to?

I'm ready to receive them and honor them today.

Breathe in deeply and exhale,

Taking time to simply listen to what comes up for you.

You are safe,

Your light is embracing and pouring into your heart,

Kissing you,

Honoring you,

And the sacred truth that's being made visible to you now.

If you're having difficulty connecting,

Do not worry.

This journey is not supposed to look a certain way.

You showing up intentionally is more than enough.

It's perfect.

And before we close the meditation,

I want to heal our throat chakras as we move forward to start expressing the truths that we've explored here in this meditation today.

Allow yourself to lower the volume as the sound bath may be high in frequency.

If you have any sensitivities,

Just lower the volume now.

The universe source loves you exactly how you are.

You are divine,

An infinite being that deserves compassion,

Trust,

And abundance.

Your truth matters.

Allow yourself to honor your body's wisdom in your heart by showing up authentically as themselves.

Thank yourself for showing up and allowing this part of you to breathe and take up space.

Place your less dominant hand on the heart.

Allow yourself to be a part of your body.

And onto your heart once again,

Thanking,

Thanking,

Thanking yourself.

You can start wiggling your toes and fingers slowly as you start connecting back into your space.

Lying down,

Move your body sideways and slowly in your own time,

Push yourself up when you're ready.

If you're sitting down,

Take a deep breath and begin to open your eyes.
