So you want to start a practice to heal yourself every day,
Which is a daily healing practice.
How do you do it?
The first thing is find a space for yourself.
A little corner where you can be with yourself for a prolonged period of time,
Say about half an hour or an hour.
One.
Two.
Every day,
Come to that space at the same time,
Which means you're kind of setting a ritual out for your healing practice,
Because that means you're giving it respect.
You're giving that energy respect.
Three,
You sit down quietly in that space for a while before you do anything and just get used to that moment.
Get used to yourself.
Bring down all your energies to focus in the area where you are.
And once you've done that,
See if you want to light something like camphor or something that will energize the place or just light a simple lamp in front of you.
When you begin the practice,
The first thing is to do a little bit of breath work.
So take a say about four or five nice deep breaths right to the top of the shoulders and slowly and gently when you're exhaling,
Pull the abdomen in towards the spine.
Do that for about say five rounds or seven rounds,
Whatever you're comfortable with.
Then set a clear intention for what you're wanting.
But before that,
Do a little bit of a body scan.
So you sit quietly for a couple of minutes and just breathe in And if there's any discomfort or irritation that comes up in your body,
Just become aware of it.
Once you've done that,
You will be able to set a clear intention for yourself.
I am looking to heal my body of the stomach ache,
Or I am looking to heal my body of my asthma,
Or I am looking to heal my body of my sciatica,
Whatever that might be,
Whatever is the intention.
You start off with a set of affirmations.
Your first affirmation is,
I am healing my body today.
And my body heals every moment of time.
7,
10 minutes to do.
Do this process every day and trust me at the end of it,
Yes,
Tell yourself,
Every day,
In every way,
I get better.
And better.
And better.
And if you do this process,
Say for about a month,
Religiously,
As a ritual.
Trust me,
You will feel better at the end of the month.
