Hello little star.
Today we're going to be doing a beautiful little exercise together.
A meditation.
And it's all about a little magical garden.
Would you like to go to a magical garden?
A garden where the grass is beautiful and green and gently sways in the wind.
That the breeze carries with it a soft gentle purr like a little kitten.
Let's enter this beautiful garden.
The night stars are twinkling in the sky.
There's a beautiful lovely silver moon.
And it's shining dawn on you my star.
And what do you say let's lie down in the grass.
And just be comfortable.
And be easy.
This is a magical garden.
And their little fireflies that light up the night.
And a beautiful silver moon is shining down upon you.
And smiling at you.
And the stars are twinkling.
And you are one of those stars.
And you're lying on your back in the grass.
And you can feel the grass tickle you sometimes.
And it's safe.
And you are loved.
And it's time to rest.
And so you let your body become a little sleepy.
You wriggle your little toes as you breathe in nice and deep.
Take a nice deep sweet breath.
And you wriggle your toes.
One toy at a time.
And then you gently travel to your feet.
Can you see your feet?
But you know that they're there,
Right?
And so as we let go of our feet,
Let's say goodbye to your feet.
Are they going to go anywhere?
They'll stay with you,
But you just let them go.
Let them fall to the side and you take a nice deep breath in.
And slowly one by one.
We are going to think of different parts in our body.
And let them go.
Think of your knees.
You know where your knees are.
Take a deep breath in.
And you let him go.
Let's say goodbye.
Your knees.
Think of your thighs.
Deep breath in.
And you let him go.
And as you let them go.
Let's say goodbye to your thighs.
And now we're up to your tummy.
And have you noticed there's a lovely star that's floating just above your tummy?
And so I want you to breathe in nice and deep.
Deep in here?
And as you inhale deep,
Deep,
Deep,
Notice the star rise above your tummy with your tummy as it rises.
And as you exhale,
Drop your tummy,
Let it go,
Let it go,
Let it go.
Notice the star drops with your tummy and allow it to rise again up,
Up,
Up,
Up,
Up,
Up,
Up.
Watch the star rise.
And then slowly let it go.
And the star falls.
Into the gap in your tummy.
And then you breathe in nice and deep and it rises again.
And slowly it falls.
And then it raises again.
And slowly it falls.
You are safe here.
You are loved.
It's time to rest.
Rest gentle little one.
Rest gentle little star.
It's time to rest.
And say goodbye to your hands.
And to your shoulders.
One by one by one.
Let's wish all our lovely body parts are strong body parts.
Let's wish them good night.
As they go to sleep.
And gently let swish.
A dummy goodnight.
And slowly let's do this again.
You breathe in deep and watch that little star rise above your belly.
And slowly as you exhale it drops and drops and drops and drops.
It rises with your breath as you breathe in and it drops with your breath as you breathe out.
That's magical,
Isn't it?
Lovely little magic as we go to sleep.
Slowly and gently.
You sleep,
Sleep,
Sleep,
Nice and comfortable and easy and safe.
Nighty-night,
Little one.
The stars shining bright above you sing goodnight to you.
Lovely silver moon smiles down upon you.
Good night.
Sleep tight.
They seem to say.
All together now.
Good night.
Sleep tight.
Good night.
Sleep tight,
Little Star.
We'll watch over you as you sleep.
We'll see that you are safe!
Good night,
Little star.
Sleep.
