In moments of uncertainty, the mind moves into fear and overthinking. This gentle meditation helps you soften that inner turbulence by coming back to breath, presence, acceptance, and trust. This will help you sit with the unknown without collapsing into worry — to feel grounded even when life offers no clear answers. Through simple awareness, grounding visualisation, we invite clarity, calm, and acceptance into our field. Let this practice hold you like a safe space, reminding you that uncertainty is not chaos — it is possibility. Come, breathe, settle, and rediscover the quiet strength within you.

This is a meditation to cope in times of uncertainty.

My name is Denzil and thank you for choosing this meditation.

The feeling of uncertainty is the feeling of not knowing.

And when we don't know,

There is hesitation,

There is fear,

There is anxiety.

And there's always at the back of my mind the idea of failure.

But one thing I want you to change beginning today and that is to understand that uncertainty is just a gateway to the next moment and the next moment and the next moment.

And so let's begin this meditation.

This meditation is a visualization where we picture ourselves as being part of a book,

Of reading a book.

And how when you read an adventure novel like an Alfred Hitchcock,

You don't know what's going to happen,

You're uncertain.

But you carry on.

And that's the idea of this meditation.

I request you to sit up straight,

Keep your feet on the floor and apart and without footwear.

And just ground yourself in this moment.

I am here and now.

I am present.

And just lean into your body and feel your body sitting on the chair or on the floor.

Feel your hands as they rest on your body.

Feel your breath as you breathe in.

And become aware of your mind in this moment of uncertainty.

I don't know.

But I'm going to read this book of life.

I am present in this moment of uncertainty.

I am present here and now.

Know of that presence right now.

And as you turn the books of the adventure,

Like the adventure,

Like a storybook,

You don't know what's going to happen next.

And so,

With humility,

Let us surrender into this moment to read the book of life.

To know that we won't always know everything.

And it's okay that I don't know.

Let us gently lead into this story and lean into the fact that right now life may be uncertain for you.

Lean into that fact.

Accept it.

Know of it in this moment.

I surrender.

And know with humility that you will be carried forward into the next moment of life.

And you may not know that moment as well.

Just be,

Just be present in this moment.

And life will carry you through.

Remember always that to every moment,

I give my best.

Whatever I can do in this moment,

Whatever is asked of me in this moment,

I am giving to life.

And so,

Let's spend a moment in quiet silence,

Asking yourself,

What is asked of me in this moment of uncertainty right now?

What do I do?

Know that you will not know everything all the time.

I don't know.

And that's okay.

And now I want you to breathe in deep.

And just accept and acknowledge and be.

I don't know.

And that's okay.

I'm safe in this moment.

I choose calm,

Not fear.

Into this moment,

I'm giving my best.

Into this moment,

I'm giving my best.

And I know that it's all happening in my best interest.

I know that it's all happening in my best interest.

Just breathe that in and know that whatever may happen will happen in your best interest.

Let's sit with that thought for a few moments.

I am calm.

I am at peace.

I am at ease in this moment.

I don't know everything,

But that's okay.

I choose calm instead of fear or anxiety.

I breathe in that calm.

Into this moment,

I give my best,

My best.

And I know whatever be happening is happening in my best interest.

So be it.

So be it.

Take a deep breath in right now and just know and just be.

Thank you for joining me on this meditative practice.

My prayer and my wish is that this uncertainty should pass quickly.

But until then,

Just know that whatever is for your best is happening right now.

So be it.
