Keep your feet firmly planted on the floor and apart and without footwear.

And let's breathe in nice and deep and with every breath that we take,

We announce one affirmation.

Deep breath in.

I am safe in this moment.

I am not afraid.

I breathe in deep.

I am steady.

I am grounded.

The ground beneath me is holding me.

I recognize fear is a sensation,

Not a prophecy.

The world is unstable and I'm still standing.

I may not control the world,

But I govern my response.

I do not mirror distress.

I release what is not mine to solve.

I will not let fear turn me into someone I am not.

My mind is trying to protect me and I thank it.

I have been through fear before.

I know courage is already present.

It's a quiet light.

The light is entering the places that feel tight and dark in this moment.

I do not need to fight this feeling to be free from it.

Peace is returning breath by breath by breath.

I soften my shoulders,

My jaw,

My vision.

I recognize I'm held by something greater than fear.

Right now I choose to be gentle with myself.

I know that this wave will pass as all waves do.

I love this moment.

I'm present in this moment.

And there's no place for fear.
