Welcome everybody,

Thank you so much for being here tonight.

It is such an honour,

Always wonderful to have you here or during the day or whenever you're listening to this.

So tonight we're going to do a meditation on meeting your star soul family and I was going to go back to the tarot deck this week but I had a dream last night that we needed to connect with our soul family and so here we are.

So let me just explain a little bit what the soul or star family are.

They are referred to as our soul family or star family,

Hence why I'm saying soul star family.

I will refer to them now as your soul family because that's what I tend to use more.

So just know that this is my experience,

It may not be the same for you but just take what feels right and and throw the rest away,

Just leave it on the path.

We are all unique with our own path and I'm here to help you find yours.

So let's go back to the very very beginning of our universe.

So before creation there was oneness.

Now oneness can also be called a singularity point as it is in physics but we'll refer to it here as oneness.

So within oneness a divine thought sparked creation and that thought was I am and oneness realized an awareness of self and you know if any of us have had little ones or been around babies you'll be aware that they don't really have an awareness of themselves until they really start to see things you know their hands are in front of their face but when they're very young they don't have an awareness of themself.

The ego is what splits us off and gives us a realization of who we are because we can see ourself from a different perspective and so this is what occurred with oneness.

It realized it had an awareness of self and then consciousness was born and the path was set for all possibilities of existence and experience to be explored.

In the original creation love,

Innocence,

Beauty,

Intuition,

Awareness and wonder were all natural states and they still are our natural states within us but we've tended to sort of turn them into other things but always know in their natural state you know that innocence and creation and love and beauty and intuition and awareness is who you are.

It's right there deep within you and these states are called many things to many people and just a few are God,

The universe,

Oneness,

God,

Goddess,

All that is,

Creator,

Great spirit and the I am.

So just know all of this information I'm giving you tonight is I just wanted to help to assist you in recovering your own origins and connections so just let it be the instigator of that.

With self-awareness,

With oneness,

Came a desire to experience itself through another,

A reflection of self because until that there was only one.

So when one mirrored itself back to itself it could see itself from a different perspective which of course again is what the ego does for us.

We can have a different point of view and we can step outside of ourself and see ourself.

The image and the reflection recognized the love in each other and came together in union to become one again.

The ecstasy of the reunion was so incredible that oneness wanted more reflections to unite with to learn and to grow from.

This is what is referred to as duality and it's the energy that triggered the Big Bang or you can actually say was the Big Bang,

The creation of the universe and maybe many more universes.

Oneness is light,

Unconditional love and as the universe expands so do the reflected ones.

We all come from the same point of light even though many fragments are floating in the universe or many streams of consciousness and you are a stream of consciousness.

All things have their purpose to explore creation and the different possibilities of existence and that's one of the reasons why you're here is to create,

Is to explore creation and the different possibilities of existence.

Your star,

Your soul family,

Is one of those fragments.

It is a stream of consciousness that flows from that oneness and you are a stream of consciousness that flows from your soul family.

So if you can think of it right there in the Big Bang everything just went straight out from the source.

So when I was talking about the source reflecting back to itself all of that happened in a split second and it just burst out and everything was created.

In those creations there were clusters and those clusters became tribes or your soul family or your star family and from that you are part of that soul family and a stream of your consciousness flows downward onto the earth and that's what is your earthly incarnation.

It is a part of your stream of consciousness which is a part of your soul family which is a part of the universe.

So don't get hooked up in it too much.

Again this these are just my ideas.

Well there are many people's ideas but it's to help us understand our place in the universe and to realize that we are much much more than we think that we are and that your life on this planet is actually helping the source to expand.

It's helping the whole universe to expand and to know itself more.

So you have so much worth so much more than you think you do.

In our earthly incarnation we always know when we meet a member of our soul family no one can explain it you just know it.

I have a couple of strange little tells when I connect with people from my soul family.

It's um we're all different we all have little tells and whether you have goose bumps or whether you just have a knowing or whether there's something else that happens you'll begin to recognize it now that I've opened you up to that.

Remember that a soul mate can come in many guises,

Friends,

Parents,

Children or lovers or animals as well.

You and your soul mates made your contracts before you incarnated and that didn't mean we all sat up there and we said okay so when you go through this you know I'll be there to help you or you know we want you to you know experience this thing.

It's much more generalized than that.

It's like okay this time I just want to go and feel love or feel fear or feel whatever it's it's much more generalized.

It's like the blueprint is set and then when we get down here that fills in with our experiences.

But you and your soul mates made your contracts before you incarnated to learn and understand whatever you felt you needed to or what your family your tribe needed to experience or wanted to experience.

And your soul mates love you so much,

Your soul family loves you so much that they turn up at times to help you through your most challenging times on the earth.

They're never going to be cruel or awful to you or challenging to you but they will help you to move you through a challenging situation onto the path of least resistance.

So your soul family is here to help you recognize your love mission and potential and help you find your happiness through creativity.

For all they see in you is unconditional love your essence because that is the truth of who you are.

It's like they hold the truth of you and then they're constantly shining it to you so that you can connect to it.

This meditation is going to help you reconnect back to that feeling and to feel the presence of your star family or soul family.

With each breath you can feel your awareness embracing your star deep within and so know that every breath that you take is another opportunity to connect to the truth of you.

You can't get this wrong and even if you feel like you have moved or disconnected so far away from yourself you can always come back and you can always reconnect with your star family or your soul family and know that they are always there for you they never leave it is us that leave them and what I mean by that is when we disconnect from ourselves from our own truth from our own soul of course we can't hear them because we're too busy listening to what's going on in the world or we're listening to people outside of ourselves so but just know they are always always there.

You'll know when when you've connected because there's a beautiful feeling of softness of easiness and sort of love just becomes you it's like bathing in an ocean of quiet and stillness and we all know what that feeling is and now I'm just giving you something to connect to that and know that when you have a conversation with your soul family your star family it may feel like you're having a conversation with yourself because you've moved up into a vibration you've up leveled yourself so much that you are of the same vibration of what they are and so when you have a conversation it's going to feel like you're having a conversation with yourself because you have become that so if we want to hear voices or if we want to hear someone say something to us it means that we're not of the same vibration of that so know that when you're having those beautiful conversations with yourself that are full of wisdom and guidance and wonderment you think wow where'd that information come from what a revelation that was that's you connecting to your higher self to your soul family and to your soul truth so just honor yourself and just know that you are so much more than you think you are I know you are even if you don't believe that you are I'll hold it for you as well but your soul family is doing that for you so you really don't need me to do that so I think that's enough information and as I said just let it just flow through you it's just an ex my explanation of what it is that we're going to experience and what soul families are so let's just make ourselves nice and comfortable and we will meditate thanks for listening Denise loves to share information that makes the unknown known until next time be kind curious and dream big
