A gentle, guided journey to assist in forgiving a person or event. This practice assists in regaining love and trust for yourself and others, freedom of choice, while improving your well-being and health. Heaviness will lighten so you can jump and create higher and breathe deeper. Each time you enter this meditation, forgiveness and healing will occur and the connection with your inner voice and love will strengthen.

So when you've made yourself nice and comfortable,

Just gently,

Gently close your eyes.

Place your hands on your heart,

Your energetic heart,

That place in the middle of your chest.

And imagine that you are giving love and peace to yourself.

Focus on your heart and imagine that you breathe in that beautiful peace and love.

Breathe it in through your heart,

Breathe it out through your heart.

And take your dominant hand now and just tap the top of your head three times to activate your crown chakra.

One,

Two,

Three.

And then take your same hand and just gently tap your heart area.

One,

Two,

Three.

And then the last thing we're going to do is just tap the area between our throat and our heart.

It's our thymus,

Our higher heart.

And we're just going to gently tap there three times.

One,

Two,

Three.

Breathe in and breathe out.

And imagine a beautiful sense of peace and relaxation just entering the room.

You can imagine it to be all of your guides,

Your angels,

Your light beings,

Loved ones,

Your soul tribe,

Your soul family.

They are here to support you and to love you.

And you may sense it as a colour through that beautiful peace and relaxation.

Wave after wave of unconditional love just gently flows over you.

And you feel your head and your neck relaxing,

Gently relaxing.

Imagine that sense of peace and relaxation flowing over your face.

Your closed eyes are gently relaxed.

Allow all the muscles around your eyes to relax and imagine your eyeballs being completely relaxed.

Healing,

Softening so that when you open your eyes again you will see clearer,

Clearer than you have ever before.

Relax your jaw and just gently open your mouth just ever so slightly and feel your tongue just relaxing away from the roof of your mouth.

Begin to feel yourself just relaxing more and more.

Wave after wave of peace and relaxation flowing over you.

Moving around your neck relaxing every part of you.

Flowing over your shoulders and allow your shoulders to just drop down and relax.

Soften.

Any heaviness or burdens are lifted off your shoulders.

Let them go.

Surrender them.

They're no longer serving you.

And that peace and relaxation flows down your arms,

Around your elbows,

Around your wrists,

Into your hands and out your fingers.

And you feel all tension and tightness just melting away.

And you can even flick it away if you like.

If you feel there's any excess just flick that away with your hands.

And that beautiful sense of peace and relaxation rolls down your back,

Down your spine,

Across your back.

It rolls across your chest and your torso and your hips.

And you feel every part of you relaxing.

Tension and tightness just melts away.

And that sense of peace and relaxation spirals around your legs as it moves downwards.

Feel it moving around your thighs.

Healing anything that holds you back.

Feel it flowing around your knees,

Allowing you to become flexible as you move forward.

Let it move down your shins and your calves,

And around your ankles.

And feel your ankles becoming strong.

Able to support you fully as you move forward into your dreams and desires.

And finally let that beautiful light flow into your feet and around your feet.

You can even imagine that it's massaging your feet.

And in this moment let's give our feet great thanks for holding us up,

For moving us forward.

And allow any tension or tightness to just gently move away from our feet.

And now breathe in that beautiful sense of peace and relaxation.

Breathe it in through your nose and your mouth.

Breathe it in through all the pores of your skin.

Breathe it in through the top of your head and the soles of your feet.

Breathe it in through your heart.

Allow your whole body to breathe peace and relaxation.

And feel it moving through you like a gentle warmth.

Breathing,

Soothing.

Harmonious,

Balancing.

Cleansing and clearing.

Allow all tension and tightness in your muscles to just gently,

Gently melt away.

Feel all aches and pains just gently melting away.

And allow this beautiful sense of peace and relaxation to move fully through you.

Moving deeper and deeper into every part of you until it fills up every cell within your body.

And every cell is now in balance and harmonious and able to fulfil its potential.

Allow your body to heal.

Let it do what it needs to do to support you.

It is the beautiful container of your soul,

Your spirit this life.

It goes everywhere with you.

It enables you to manifest,

To live,

To experience,

To sense life on earth.

Be gentle with it.

Love it.

Be kind to yourself.

And just gently allow your focus to soften to your heart.

Just slowly and gently breathing into your heart.

And with each breath you feel yourself moving into your heart space.

Just breathing in through your heart.

Breathing out through your heart.

Becoming your heart.

And imagine in front of you now is a golden staircase.

Allow yourself to be fully relaxed as you walk down ten healing steps into your magical amethyst cave deep within you.

This is a cave of transformation.

A beautiful temple deep within you where great change can take place.

Change that has you becoming more of you.

The true you.

And as you move down these ten steps,

Each step immerses you in the qualities of forgiveness.

You feel yourself softening about you.

About the world.

About things that have happened in your life.

And people in your life.

And when you get to the bottom of the steps,

You step into your amethyst cave.

And it is so beautiful.

There is a light emanating from deep within you which shines on every facet of the amethyst.

And all of the walls and all around you.

It's a beautiful light in all different shades of purple and violet.

Of mauve.

Of lilac.

All reflecting off each facet of the amethyst from that beautiful light that emanates from deep within you.

This is a magical place.

Your magical place.

And a comfortable place to sit in your amethyst cave.

And just feel the beauty and the magic of the inner you.

Now bring to your mind something or someone you would like to forgive.

It could even be an aspect of you.

And once you have done that,

Just see them or it floating in front of you.

Harmonious rays of golden light,

That light that emanates from deep within you.

Connect you and whatever it is you need to forgive today.

Let this thing be here.

Let yourself be here fully.

And now focus on the event.

The time when it happened.

And just let the feelings of that begin to come up within you.

Breathe it in.

Feel it.

And just let it be here fully within you.

Own it.

Be it.

And we're just going to spend a minute here.

Once that minute is over,

We're just going to go back to observing it.

But for this next minute,

Just allow it to be here and feeling to the feeling of it.

And that's it.

You can stop feeling it now.

Just let it be there.

Simply observing it.

And just maybe take notice of where you felt it in your body.

And if you can give it a name.

What do you think it's touching or triggering in you?

What is it bringing up in you?

What hurt?

What pain?

And now just bring to your mind what you think propelled this person or event to create the act that hurt you.

What do you think brought them to that point?

See it through their eyes now.

And just remember that seeing it through their eyes doesn't mean you agree or absolve them.

But it will give you a reason.

When you see this,

Just hug them or hug the event or hug yourself.

Right now you are in charge of what you do.

You're in charge of your consciousness.

And remember that forgiveness is the last piece of the puzzle to remind you that something beautiful and valuable has arisen from this experience or situation.

And we say thank you.

Thank you.

And we allow this person now to just gently fade from view or the situation or the event.

And now we're going to ask,

We're going to bring in a guide or a teacher.

Whoever it is,

Just ask them to be there today.

We can call them our forgiveness teacher or our forgiveness guide or our forgiveness angel.

And when you can see them,

Imagine them,

Ask them,

Have I truly forgiven?

If they say yes,

You are finished with this particular person,

Event,

Whatever it is that you need to forgive.

But if they say no,

You're going to repeat this meditation tomorrow.

Love yourself enough to care about how you feel and commit to the process.

Whatever the answer,

Let's just gently stand up in our amethyst cave.

Allow ourselves to be fully bathed in that violet light and allow everything within us,

Everything around us to be transformed into love through the beautiful energy of the violet flame,

Which is in that beautiful colour of violet,

The energy of the amethyst.

Allow yourself to be cleansed and cleared,

Transformed and transmuted.

You are an alchemist becoming more of who you are.

Step out of your cave and take yourself to the golden staircase.

And as you walk upward,

Imagine that that beautiful sense of peace and relaxation,

Your favourite colour is embracing you.

Know that it will be a shield until you fully heal.

There is nothing to protect within you.

Just allow this beautiful sense of peace and relaxation,

Your favourite colour to embrace you and love you so that you can step into the world as a fully loving,

Functional human being.

And just before you get to the top of the steps,

Let us thank the person or the event for giving you the opportunity to know and love yourself in new ways and to completely set yourself free.

Breathe in and breathe out.

You are standing on the last step now,

The top of the steps.

And you feel refreshed and renewed.

Breathe in and breathe out and allow all of your experiences to flow through you.

Bring them into your physical life.

With each breath you feel yourself moving more and more into your conscious life,

Into your physical world.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Be fully here,

Right here,

Right now.

And when you feel ready,

Open your wise eyes and smile.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Really beautiful guided visual meditation, lots of layers to it… and a perfect length and pace. Wasn’t seeking a forgiveness meditation and who couldn’t use a bit of forgiveness in life. Will be returning 5 stars
