Hello and welcome.

I am so happy to have you here and I know your body is thanking you and I know your mind is thanking you for taking the time to sit with yourself,

To love yourself,

And to be with yourself.

Today's meditation is a little bit different and I will be introducing silence into the space.

Silence in a sense where I will create the space for you to be with yourself but not necessarily guide you the entire time.

So the first thing I want you to do is I want you to find a comfortable seat.

Some people prefer sitting.

Some people prefer crossing their legs.

Some people prefer lying down.

Just depends on whatever it is that you feel comfortable doing.

If you are feeling a little bit sleepy,

I tend to sit upright when I know that I feel a bit sleepy just so I make sure that I keep my mind engaged and my body engaged at the same time.

It's a little easier to pay attention to yourself.

With meditation sometimes it can be a little bit scary.

You can have all of these different feelings of so much is going on in your brain.

You're trying to be in the future and solve whatever is going on in the future.

You're trying to be in the past and figure out how you could have made something go different.

Right now this is a moment for you.

This is a moment for yourself where you can sit and you can be with yourself and the specialness about this is that it allows you to say,

I matter,

I matter more than anything else going on,

More than anything else I can think of or I can dream of.

It gives you the space for you to get those downloads from the divine and for you to continue to live in your purpose the way you were meant to be.

During this time period I ask you to focus on your breath.

A lot of times when you breathe in,

Your body does this thing where it expands and the chest expands,

The shoulders pull back.

When you breathe out,

The shoulders come in,

The chest goes in,

Becomes a bit more concave.

All of this is something that can capture your attention.

I want you to take a moment and breathe in and breathe out.

We're going to breathe in together for four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Hold for four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Breathe out,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Okay,

I'm going to do one more together and then we're going to begin the meditation.

Breathe in,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Hold for four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Exhale,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

If you're not already closing your eyes,

Make sure your eyes are closed.

Take one last deep breath in,

Exhale everything out.

I'll watch the time so there's no need to pay attention to that and I'll leave you for a few minutes to sit on your own.

Remember,

If you experience thoughts,

That's totally normal.

Allow them to just be and try not to solve them.

Let's begin.

Let's take a few minutes and address if we've been thinking about anything.

It's okay.

It's totally normal.

You're doing everything right.

I'm here to encourage you.

Thinking is normal.

It's part of existing.

It's part of being a human being.

And what we're doing is we're creating space for our thoughts to exist but not to be something that we need to solve or fix.

Just letting it be so we can be.

There's nothing to do.

You're already perfect.

There's nothing to fix.

There's nothing to manipulate.

You're safe.

In your mind,

You're safe.

Breathe in.

And notice if you're holding anything.

Are you holding your shoulder?

Are you holding in your back?

In your legs?

In your hips?

In your neck?

Are you sitting up straight?

Is your core engaged?

All things to just notice.

No judgment.

Just taking it in.

Feeling.

Allowing yourself to be.

And saying,

Okay.

I'm here.

I'm going to leave you for a few more moments.

A few more minutes.

I'm going to allow you to get back into that place where you're focusing on your breathing again.

Maybe you have a mantra that you're repeating.

You may lose focus throughout this time and it is totally normal.

It's okay.

Don't force yourself.

You don't need to.

With this,

It's all about being present.

You notice yourself drifting?

Just come back.

Come back to yourself.

Focus on your breath again.

And let the cycle repeat.

Okay.

Gently,

Take a moment and start to feel your body again.

For a moment,

You are in your mind.

And the best way to come out of that is to reintegrate your body into the world.

And to not force your body to move too fast.

You don't want to move too fast.

Take a second.

Give yourself some time.

We're only going to be here for about a minute.

Allow yourself to feel your body.

No rushing.

We're slowing down.

And as we come out of this,

We want that speed to maintain.

That same pace to maintain.

To be able to take that throughout our day.

Breathe in a little faster now.

Breathe in.

On the third one,

We're going to open our eyes.

This is the second.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

On this last one,

I want you to really inhale.

Fill up your lungs.

Exhale everything out.

Open your eyes.

Bring yourself back.

Back to the world.

Remember how you feel in this exact moment.

And bring it with you.

Set an intention for the day.

Right in this moment,

You are in the most powerful place to set that intention.

You are the most present you will be for this day.

Decide what you want that intention to be.

Whether it's to be more present.

Whether it's to be happier.

Whether it's to embrace gratitude.

Remember that you are the most powerful being in the world.

And the most important thing that you can do every single day is to give yourself time.

Time to be.

Time to exist.

Because you are not your mind.

You're not your body.

And separating from those things is going to remind you of your power as a human being.

And how beautifully amazing you actually are.

I love you.

And have a beautiful day.
